Il parcheggio è carissimo 28€ al giorno, nelle recensioni sembrava più facile. Il personale non parlava inglese non ha saputo aiutarci in niente. Ci avevano detto vis mail di poter effettuare check-in alle 14:30, invece abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada fino alle 16:15. La stanza era pulita, ma le scale per arrivarci mai pulite, c'era uno scarafaggio morto per i 3 giorni in cui siamo stati, mai rimosso.

Perfect location and good value for money

The apartment was as pictured, clean, and located right by the Douro River.

Sound proofing was lacking, and there was construction on building was happening.

The view and location are so good. I can enjoy the riverside scenary everyday. Very good price and enough facility, including many kitchen equipment. We can reheat food and fridge salad and fruits. It's comfortable to live with friends here. The accommondation was prepared so we can check-in early! Really appreciate that.

The stair is long, so inconvinient for people with suitcase. The biggest problem is that the rooms are not well soundproofed and the sound of cars moving on the road is noticeable if you sleep on the bed by the windows. This was okay, but one deep night at 2am the occupants of the apartment next door were walking around in high heels and the echoes were clearly heard. I think it was because of the construction of old building. Anyway I was woken up straight away and it was very uncomfortable. If you have a high demand for quality sleep ......

not about the property itself, but it can be a bit lousy during the night, but still manageable.

Cosy studio with river view. Extremely helpful hosts. Easy self check-in. Very easy access, especially if you arrive by car. A very good parking just across the street where the staff was very helpful. There is a 72h/20€ ticket but to get it, after you enter you should go to the desk.

One thing... The walls have no noise insulation at all. No matter how quiet they were it felt like the people next door were walking and talking in our room 🤣.

I liked everything about this place... Miguel is an excellent host...He made us feel welcome instantly and explained in detail Porto on a map, then he even whatsapp us places of interest in Portugal. He even came to pick us up at airport. (obviously for a fee of €15)....

I liked everything except maybe the price was a bit too much for the end of October.....
