A beautifully decorated and chic apartment in a top location in Nice. It is equipped with what is necessary even for a longer stay. Mrs. Lee was very kind and gave us the necessary details for the best restaurants and things to do on the Cote d'Azur. Thank you !

The property is in the perfect location, walking distance from restaurant, shops, nice ville train station, the beach and the old town. It is so easy to get anywhere from this spot. It also has all the facilities if you wanted to cook your own dinner one night. The apartment is nice and spacious with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and living area. The host left us a lovely welcome bottle of rosé which was much appreciated!

Great location

The only minor issue was that the sidewalks were being re-built and the construction started very early! however this will take only be a short term issue.

Everything about the apartment was perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything else! It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

Centrally located and well equipped appartement within the center of Nice, nearby Promenade des Anglais. The entrance is on a busy street, but the appartement itself is located on the quiet side of the building. Handing over the key went smoothly. Good starting place for exploring Nice!

All was ok, only the loose shower head need some care

A great apartment with lots of space and well equipped. Close to the beach and the main promenade, restaurants and places to visit. Lee who met us on arrival was amazing. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Nice.

It was a perfect choice to stay in Rose&Ive Appartment. Cozy and elegant atmosphere of this place made my stay here exceptional. Comfortable rooms, clean bathroom, all kitchen equipment included. Location was also perfect, I slept as a child ; ) Friendly host Lee I definitelly will come again and recomend my to friends

Very close to everything, few minute to the beach, few minute to the train stations. Direct line from the airport to the location, in maximum 5 minute from the station you can find the location very easily even don’t know the city. Very good positioning to every thing, shops, restaurants and markets, beach etc.

Coffee machine doesn’t work.

Lady who greeted us was fabulous. Arrang ed to meet us despite a substantial delay. Then arranged for us to leave our luggage for the day on the day we left. Like home from home. Everything you could want was available. Really central area. Highly recommend

perfect location - above all to the sea - just 4 minutes to walk! very very friendly host - helped us with nearly everything! mattress was very comfy - the house is beautiful and also the area nearby. you have a good kitchen and also the shower is ok :) the bathroom is a bit outdated - but that’s no problem - it was very clean!

- sometimes really loud with open windows - biting you close them - it’s totally fine - smell of the towels - little musty - but because of the washing machine no problem 😉 we’d just washed them. - it seems that some people did smoke and it felt like we had a last bit of smoke hanging in the bed or in the lampshade next to the bed - unfortunately only two glasses for wine - the other were out of plastic

Its was a great location, with many restaurants and shops nearby. And not to mention, the beach was only a 2 minute walk away. The host was super sweet and i would defenitely reccomend it to anyone who wants to visite Nice!

Location, spacious, comfortable, clean, charming!

The apartment looks great and it's spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook various meals. The location is very good, approx. 10 minute walk to Massena Square or to Promenade des Anglais. The rooms are decorated very nicely and the high ceilings are great.

We could hear traffic noises and some noises from the neighborhood sometimes, as the apartment is situated at the first floor and has very big windows. If you're sensitive, bring ear plugs with you and this won't be a problem.

The location was excellent, close to everywhere one might want to go. The apartment is spacious, well maintained, air-conditioned, and cozy. The host is very welcoming and nice. To sum up, everything was great, nothing to complain about.
