We loved the outdoor space, when we sat out there it was like we were in our own little oasis. The name of this property is spot on, we will def return. The owners are such beautiful people and welcomed us as well which has never happened! Thanks so much!

All of the nine members of our family really enjoyed staying at this spacious, very comfortable and welcoming house within walking distance of the shops and beach. The pool and spa were terrific but so were the ten seater indoor and large outdoor settings which made family meals a treat. Cricket, football and basketball facilities at Olympic Park very close to the house were also really appreciated. The only minor problem was a second toilet that was a bit temperamental. The owners were very efficient and easy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great property to have a weekend/week away on the Mornington Peninsula. Quite a spacious house, easily fit 8 of us (all adults) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool, spa and BBQ area were great places to relax. All amenities were in working order.Great location as well - very close to Rosebud beach and the town's shopping area. Approx 15 mins walk. Toni and Sam were very easy to communicate with and helpful with any questions we had.Would definitely rebook this place!

We loved our stay , house was very clean and a lot larger than it looked online. Toni and Sam were so easy to deal with and available when we had questions. The outdoor entertaining area was fabulous and so relaxing. Would definetly stay again.
