The staff was really nice to us, very helpful. The food was great also and the bedroom very comfortable. Very good price-quality ratio.

I really didn’t like anything! It is very bad place to stay!

Any other place will be better than that one! Staff was not nice at all slow and lazy. The bed is really uncomfortable. Hot and stuffy room. All the rooms are near the kitchen so all the smell of fryers goes into the room. And this is also next to where everyone is sitting so there is noise until very very late. In addition (although it is written on booking that they take credit card) they charge a really high extra fee for that. And if you don't pay in dollars they put a much higher conversion fee than the actual daily rate (from dollar to shilling) .. Plus the wifi there is really bad, and I needed help sending some urgent email and they didn’t tried to help me in any way. Just answer “sorry, no”.. didn’t even looked at me and keep playing with his cellphone..

A lot. Very good Wi-Fi. Bed was very big. Food was delicious and beer was cold ;) all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Manager helped us with arranging a nature walk in Bwindi!

The food was really good (although it took a while since they bought the ingredients from the market after we ordered - we'd recommend you order when you check-in) and the waiter was really nice. Location is very close to Ishasha section of QENP.

No warm water (most of the time there were power outages), very uncomfortable bed and pillows, people chatting and hanging out in the yard right in front of the rooms (above the door there's only a mosquito net instead of a wall) - till 2am
