Very spacious place, comfy, large modern bathroom, all in an excellent location and wonderful friendly hosts. Close by easy walks to the lake are a bonus.

One of the nicest holiday homes we've stayed in. Beautifully decorated, very comfy and well equipped. Very friendly owners and dog. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place, hosts were very welcoming and the accommodation was very comfortable. Nice garden to sit in and although a little way out of town, it was a nice walk in.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of this apartment which sits under the hosts who lived above. It is at a lovely spot near Lake Rotoiti. The place has a rustic feel and is a nice place to relax. It also opens up to the back garden and veg patches. Friendly hosts and spared us a small jug of milk when we asked. Stargazing at the drive way was nice. Pip suggested we do the Mt Robert Loop and we enjoyed the hike very much as it had great views. Overall a very restful stay.

Front driveway gate was very rustic and not easy to open/close. Hosts were kind to do it for us at times.

Lovely place with a great and really helpful host. Good laundry facility. We had a great stay there. The first place we've stayed at in NZ with decent quality toilet paper!!

Pip was so welcoming. Beautiful apartment with everything for your stay. Comfortable beds, amazing shower and 10 minute walk from Lake Rotoiti.

Nice welcome from Pip with great local knowledge if we wanted it. Unit spacious and well set up. Nice little touches too eg. Xmas cake and welcome nibbles. Close to easier walks to the lake and birds were beautiful.

Just suggestions as we enjoyed the stay and facilities. Single beds a bit hard or something not quite right? While not a real issue for us you walk through the 2nd bedroom to get to the 1st but we knew this before booking.

Loved the hot pool. Hosts are very helpful. Property is well equiped and spacious.

The quietness was exceptional, and SO good for relaxation.

Nothing. My wife, who'd been bitten by spiders on 5 different occasions in New Zealand was a bit worried about the property being in the bush, but we saw no spiders. :-)

Beautiful location. Wonderful to use the spa pool. Hosts were friendly and welcoming
