The summary says it all. Every aspect of this property was remarkable. Location, View, Cleanliness and comfort were top notch. Easy and responsive communication with owner as well as property manager. This is the most well stocked and labeled property we have ever stayed at. Would have given 10 stars if they were available. You will not find a better vacation rental on Mission Beach for this reasonable price. Book it today!! Cheers!

Wonderful location, watched dolphins from the balcony and could walk to eating places if not wanting to drive. The owner and property manager are great to work with.

We loved the location and it had everything we needed and more. Amanda and Cindy were very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and layout, fully stocked everything, including spices. And what a magnificent view. I can’t say enough about the view and ocean breeze. There were a couple of overcast days, but we used the time to enjoy the world renowned San Diego Zoo, which is inland and sunny. There’s only one suggestion. You might consider highlighting the elevator in the listing and explain how to access it in the instructions. Because we didn’t see any mention in the listing or text portion of the access instructions and totally overlooked the elevator in the diagram, we carried all our luggage and coolers up the stairs. Good exercise for everyone after sitting in a car for six hours, but we could have gotten to the beach or our beverages a little quicker had we used the elevator. Not a biggie, but not knowing about the elevator might deter potential renters that are not up to climbing stairs up to the third level.

My friends and I loved staying at Amanda’s property! The view was top notch and we enjoyed being so close to everything mission beach has to offer. There were enough room for a group of 10 and we didn’t feel squished at all. Will definitely rent this place out again when I’m back in SD with this many people!

The property is beautiful, comfortable and extremely well=appointed. It lacked for nothing. We had one glitch which Amanda (the owner) and Cindy (property manager) were on top of instantly. We all spent the time exclaiming over how perfect the stay was! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is great. Beautiful views. House was fully stocked with anything you would need - beach toys, bikes, games etc

We had everything we needed and the location could not have been better. It was so nice to have everything they provided. We only needed the food.
