The summary says it all. Every aspect of this property was remarkable. Location, View, Cleanliness and comfort were top notch. Easy and responsive communication with owner as well as property manager. This is the most well stocked and labeled property we have ever stayed at. Would have given 10 stars if they were available. You will not find a better vacation rental on Mission Beach for this reasonable price. Book it today!! Cheers!

Great location and layout, fully stocked everything, including spices. And what a magnificent view. I can’t say enough about the view and ocean breeze. There were a couple of overcast days, but we used the time to enjoy the world renowned San Diego Zoo, which is inland and sunny.
There’s only one suggestion. You might consider highlighting the elevator in the listing and explain how to access it in the instructions. Because we didn’t see any mention in the listing or text portion of the access instructions and totally overlooked the elevator in the diagram, we carried all our luggage and coolers up the stairs. Good exercise for everyone after sitting in a car for six hours, but we could have gotten to the beach or our beverages a little quicker had we used the elevator.
Not a biggie, but not knowing about the elevator might deter potential renters that are not up to climbing stairs up to the third level.

My friends and I loved staying at Amanda’s property! The view was top notch and we enjoyed being so close to everything mission beach has to offer. There were enough room for a group of 10 and we didn’t feel squished at all. Will definitely rent this place out again when I’m back in SD with this many people!

The property is beautiful, comfortable and extremely well=appointed. It lacked for nothing. We had one glitch which Amanda (the owner) and Cindy (property manager) were on top of instantly. We all spent the time exclaiming over how perfect the stay was! Thank you!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Mission beach this year. The property was exactly as described. The elevator was a blessing for my mother who cannot use the stairs, that was a definite plus. Place was totally roomy to accommodate 9 of us very very comfortably. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about staying here. Family and I would like to come back next year, if it's available.

Best beach house/location!
You can't beat this place. Fully loaded with any beach toys you would want. Comfortable beds, the extra twin mattress pads are a bonus for extra sleeping spots. Waking up to the sound of the ocean is the best. This has become our go to beach house rental every summer. Close proximity to walk to Belmont park but far enough away to not have the congestion of people. Having the Bay just a couple streets away is fun too!

Perfect Beach Vacation!
This house was great! It was in the perfect location. It was fully stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, blankets, sheets, and extra floor pads for guests to sleep on. If you have 8 people, I would bring a couple of extra bathroom towels.

Great location
This property is a great location, right on the beach. The house is located on the 3rd floor (top) of the condo. We appreciate that the house came with beach toys, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The only thing that renters should keep in mind is that the garage space is small and so parking is not for the faint of heart! We managed though, with out Yukon and sedan.

The Best!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at this unit! The condo has anything you could wish for from boogie boards to bikes of all sizes. The beds were super comfortable. The location is perfect. The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Check in was super easy. My family and I made wonderful memories here and given the chance for all of us to return, we would not want to stay anywhere else. Thanks Amanda for sharing your lovely condo!!!

Perfect vacation!
We loved the week we had here at Mission Beach. This beach house has everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, surf boards, beach chairs, extra mattresses, lots of space and right on the beach! Amanda and Cindy were great with communication. We will be back next summer!

Beautiful View
Our whole family enjoyed our stay. Next time we will stay longer! So many things to do near by and you can not beat having the ocean right out the door especially with younger kids. So many toys for the kids to enjoy also. Great hospitality too. Cindy and Amanda were great with communicating. Thanks so much!

Fantastic property
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The home was very clean and very stocked. We really didn't need to bring anything with us besides our clothes and toiletries. The location is also fantastic. So close to Belmont Park and many local eateries and stores. Also, you CAN'T beat the views! Such a relaxing and joyouse thing to wake up each morning with the gorgeous beach and ocean just steps away. We also really loved the outdoor areas and all of the beach equipment available in the garage. The garage IS super tiny. We were able to fit out Tesla into it, but anything larger would be a SUPER tight squeeze. Not necessarily to park, but definitely to get out of your car. Keep that in mind when deciding which vehicle to bring. ;) Other than that, we had a super pleasant stay and would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back for another staycation soon!!

Best beach house
If you’re looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay this is it! It’s right on the mission beach boardwalk! I loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and seeing the sunset from the balcony. It was so worth it! I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome
Everything about this location was perfect! We had the best time. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to book a great family vacation. This house provided everything you need plus some! The only bummer we had was losing an hour due to the time change during checkout. The made service was at the door at 10:00AM sharp. We ended up leaving about 25 minutes late due to that reason but management was so nice and understanding. Thanks again!

The BEST place in Mission Beach
This home is amazing. It has everything you can image. The home is large and spacious. The kitchen had everything. There was plenty of room to spread out. The ground level patios are LARGE and well furnished. We enjoyed being right on the boardwalk and riding bikes up and down we also enjoyed the balconies and grilling. The linens and furnishings in this home are top notch. Very Very Nice!!! We will definatlely be back again as this was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. The host was very good at communicating and the property was A+

Everything you want for a beach vacation
Everything was great! Any amenity we needed was provided. We rode the bikes on the boardwalk. Had it been warm enough we would have taken advantage of the boogie boards and beach chairs, too. We had enough room for everyone (family of 8) and the extra twin mattresses were great for our teenagers who wanted to be in their own space. The only issue we had was with the dishwasher. It was clogged with glass and plastic so it wasn’t draining, and my sister and I had to fix it. I’m sure it was just missed by the cleaners so no big deal, and the property manager and owner were very communicative with us even though it happened in the evening. Amanda the owner was wonderful and quick about getting back to us with any questions both before and during our stay. The location and view is possibly the best part of the property. Superior place to stay!!

Relaxing staycation!
This property is just what I wanted for my family and me. I had some relatives fly from Seattle and they enjoyed their night here in San Diego. Although we only stayed for one night, we made the best out of it. We went to the beach and walked around Belmont Park. One of my favorite parts of the property was waking up to a beautiful view. Amanda was very responsive when needed. I am definitely planning another staycation here for a weekend!

We had an excellent stay
We had an excellent stay at Mission Beach. The property and location were beautiful. It had great access to the whole Mission Beach area. The weather was perfect. We never did figure out how to get the cable to work on the family room TV, so we missed our football Sunday, but had plenty of other things to do. All in all, it was a great trip and we would book it again.

Great location, great space, lots of beds, but had a few snags.
Seriously you can't get closer to the beach. Easy walk to Mission Beach, about 10 minute walk to Pacific Beach. Big open living space with a great view. We hit a few small snags with COVID cleaning & check in time as well as some property issues but overall great trip. Good communication before and during the stay. Homeowner worked with us on the snags, but they couldn't be resolved until after the stay as to not interrupt our visit.

Great Beachfront Property
We really enjoyed the property, had a amazing view of the ocean with a large balcony. spacious home with plenty of room for family and friends .property is within walking distance to belmont and plenty of some of out favorite restaurants. We will definitely be booking this property again.
