Our stay at the b&b was wonderful, especially thanks to the kindness and help of Alessia ! Great location also, in a quiet street close to the center

Very close to the Genova Brignole train station, Main Street and the old town. Bedroom looked amazing and kept very clean. Breakfast was a very good Italian and enjoyed the conversation with the other guests and the Landowner. The landowner was extremely helpful and gave very good advice on where to go and where to eat.

Facilities - a kettle in the room would be an excellent addition, after a hard day out seeing the sights Breakfast could be more of a buffet, but Alessia was eager to please and she did buy us cornflakes!

The room was perfect for what we needed with an ideal location close to the centre and the train station. The shower was amazing and we had great nights’ sleeps. Alessia was incredibly welcoming and helped us out with her advice and recommendations.

We liked everything. Alessia is a wonderful host, she helped us with our roaming problem by pointing out the nearest Vodafone store, she recommended us very good restaurants and what to visit and how. She is so warm and friendly, she really made our stay unforgettable. On top of that the room was cleaned every day, she even prepared something for us to go when we wanted to skip breakfast to visit earlier the 5 terre. You should really try the focaccia when you eat the breakfast, it's amazing. I recommend Ca dei Nobili, for us it was the best stay we had in Italy.

Hotel service is excellent from the time you arrived until you checking out. they even serve you te, coffee, croissant and cakes.

A number of stairs and a small lift but I don't think that is unusual

Gorgeous room, very neat, comfortable and well kept with a great attention to detail. Alessia the host was very nice and offered many tips to make our stay enjoyable.

The rooms are recently renovated, even though not necessarily on our taste. It is 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to the old town, close to shops and restaurants.

I wanted to sit and work from one of the common areas, but I was not allowed because it is reserved for people who buy the breakfast from them. I can totally understand this while breakfast is being served. But there was nobody getting their breakfast then, it was completely empty. Also, the building facade is under renovation, so it was always dark in the room, but this is for sure a temporary issue.

Very organised staff and the rooms were gorgeous. The location was perfect- there was a taxi strike but everything was easy to get to by foot. Would stay again if I was to return.

We had a great stay in Genoa! We were surprised by this boutique hotel, just a few rooms in a large building. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the city was a beautiful surprise! We would love to come back for a longer visit, and we would happily stay here!

The Women host was extremely helpful and can’t thank her enough for making our stay perfection! Everyday she asked us what we was doing and where we was going and she’d tell us the cheapest restaurants to visit and best time to do so! The rooms are very nice and the location is perfect, next to a train station and easy to get to from the airport. If you’re going to genoa definitely stay here! 10/10
