I stayed here with 2 girlfriends and everything was perfect! The place, the location the gracious host Cleo! We loved it and will definitely be back! Cleo had everything we needed and more! Can’t wait to be back!

Our experience was very smooth. Cleo was easy to work with and is very friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and had the best stocked kitchen and bathroom. Also well stocked for the beach. Will recommend and go back the next time we are in Ft. Myers.

Beautifully decorated, super clean and spacious! Perfect for a little getaway. Unfortunately I didn’t spend as much time here as I would have liked as there is a tropical relaxing oasis in the backyard complete with a hammock with my name on it! Maybe next time!

My family, spouse and 9 year old son, were visiting Ft. Myers for a junior sailing regatta being held at the Edison Sailing center across the river. We rented the 2br. first floor and it was perfect for our stay. Clio was a wonderful host! The unit was in walking distance (4mins) to a Publix and (15mins) to the quaint downtown area of Ft. Myers. We didn't use the kitchen that much since all of the excellent dining that was so close! The unit does have a unique layout...you enter directly into the bedrooms...but that was fine for our stay and would be a bonus if your party was coming and going at different times! We would certainly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the Ft. Myers area.

The owner, Cleo, is a special person. She pays attention to every detail. She makes you feel so special and check=in and check-out were a breeze. The place was great and very clean. We had everything that we needed. The location was great, centrally located to everything. I have made friends for life. I would definitely stay there again. And her husband makes the most beautiful pottery.

This was the perfect location for the baseball tournament (and only 5 minutes from a Publix). We had the whole bottom floor, which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleo is amazing in her attention to detail and furnishings. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Ft Myers area. We will definitely be returning!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need including fun bikes. The location is perfect, within walking/biking distance to just about anything you need.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is located on a nice quiet street, but close to downtown many places to shop, eat, and visit. It was a lovely home as well as very clean and comfortable. Cleo was so warm, welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Fort Myers.

My sister and I rented this property in November and absolutely loved it!! The rooms are spacious and gorgeous. Location is convenient. Cleo is so thoughtful and helpful - the property is fully stocked with dishes, beach items, bikes, etc. She has everything you could want or need while on a vacation. I would definitely rent again!

Best vacation house! So inviting and clean! Decorated beautifully and you will find all the comforts of home there! Wonderful to not have to bring bedding and towels and the quality of everything is very high! We love the beach....and even beach chairs and beach umbrella was there for us to use! Great location! Cleo goes out of her way to make sure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable! It was our first time in Florida. Cleo had many suggestions of places to visit and eat! When we come to Florida again...this is where we WILL be staying!

This property is located within walking distance from downtown Fort Meyers. That was very convenient. The house is probably an older home, but has been very well maintained. Everything had a fresh coat of paint, and the outdoor area was manicured beautifully. My son and I had the entire lower area of the house, which included two bedrooms with two bathrooms. There was a very nice living space, plus a kitchen. Honestly, we didn't take advantage of all the amenities because we were in Fort Meyers to attend Spring Training, and didn't spend much time at the house. Cleo was very accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. She met us at the door when we arrived and explained all the features. She went above and beyond. There were no surprises. Cleo can be very proud of what she is offering. The price was very reasonable too! As I mentioned above, we were there for Spring Training. The property was about a 20 to 30 minute ride away from the ball fields, which we traveled to using UBER.

Cleo thinks of everything and goes out of her way to make guests comfortable. This was my second visit but won't be my last. Close to downtown and easy to get to the beaches right down McGregor Blvd.

My wife and I spent the entire month of February in the Royal Palm Suite.This is not your ordinary rental. It is a very comfortable apartment in a quiet enclave near downtown Fort Myers, beautifully decorated by the owners, Cleo and Bucky, who live in the house next door and are very friendly and very helpful. There is a beautiful enclosed backyard with many lounge chairs and nice gazebos.The location is excellent.You are only a short five minutes' walk from attractive downtown Fort Myers and from the Edison/Ford mansions and museums where you can enjoy expansive views of the Caloosahatchee River. There is a great Publix grocery store two blocks away and several nice restaurants in downtown Fort Myers. The beach is an easy 40 minutes' ride away and the owners have provided several beach umbrellas and beach chairs to take there with you. This is definitely the place where we would like to come back when we visit the Fort Myers area again.

Great place - a short walk away from the charming downtown Fort Myers area. Cleo and her husband are great caretakers and live right next door. Place is nice and clean and has the conveniences of home. The backyard is great with a nice gazebo area and a hot tub.
