The room was not clean, the washroom was a mess, there were no comforter provided, the floor was messy, bed was unclean. no sealed water bottle and tv was not working

The staff - I already told the hotel manager and the receptionist twice or thrice prior to my visit that I am travelling from Jaipur and I will check in late at 10:00 PM and paid the money in advance for my booking and requested them to please make sure to keep the room ready and clean as I would be tired after travelling and they said yes and committed the same but when I reached there and asked for my check in the rooms were not ready and they behaved as if they don’t even care. I waited for around 1.5 hours till the rooms got cleaned and then they gave me the room check in. Also, during my stay for 2 nights there I requested on reception number of times to get the room cleaned a bit at least pick up the trash but they didn’t did anything for that. No toiletries were available either. Very bad experience.

The hotel facilitates you with quick check-ins. Proper hygiene is maintained at the hotel. Rooms are well maintained with fresh linens. Hotel is easily accessible via public transport. Had an amazing experience.

What a fabulous place this is, was here for a day. The interior of the hotel was also supreme. Rooms were spacious and huge with tidy bathroom. The housekeeping was call on demand for 24 hours a day. I had a safe and soothing stay here.
