Fantastic staff. All very helpful, very pleasant . Gave useful information about places to eat, change money, etc. Nothing too much trouble. Fantastic room, extremely large , very clean.

The staff were very friendly and always available to assist in booking tours, give directions and provide assistance. The hotel is close to many attractions such as Beer Street and Train Street. The room was cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels.

Un hôtel très agréable dans le cœur de Saïgon. Tout à proximité (sauf le petit déjeuner qui se trouve à 500/600 mètres mais on nous y emmène en mobylette). Chambre joliment décorée. Conforme aux photos. Le personnel est très sympathique et parle français. Rue « calme ».

Location!!! We wanted to stay in Old Quarter and near Train Street and this perfectly fit the bill. The hotel is a bit quirky but definitely add to its charm 😅 And I have to praise the staff.. all of them are very friendly and accommodating esp Ms Huyen who touch base even before our trip to Hanoi. And there is Tim and Hou (not sure if I get the name correct) who lug our bags up and down the staircase..

Could do with a bit of sprucing up..

It was average.

Got told a day before that the room had plumbing issues that I needed to cancel the booking. After a few back and forth conversations we got told that that they can give us another room. But it turned out the toilet wouldn’t flush properly but we managed it for the time being as we already had enough. Room is too crowded and not as big as the photos make it seem.

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Локация хорошая. Отель очень приятный, комната была просторной. Все работало. Персонал помог с чемоданами до главной дороги, машина не сможет проехать прямо к отелю, нужно пройтись 200 метров. Пребывание понравилось, цена тоже отличная.

Location was excellent. A bit quieter than in the middle of the old quarter and near the train street. Lovely staff and room was fine for the price.

Initially was put into too small a room for 5 adults but they did explain that was because I requested a balcony.

Comfortable room to fit myself, my husband and 3 adult children. Great location.

Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hebben deze accomodatie last minute geboekt, toen wij de jusite gegevens hadden waren ze super behulpzaam. Kamer is groot, heerlijk bed en alles was schoon. Echt een verademing. Wij gaan zelfs terug voor 1 nacht!

Gegevens en adres staan niet goed op booking, pas toen de reservering werd bevestigd hadden wij de goede contact gegevens. Verder was het heel fijn.

The toilet faucet had malfunctioned. There was water leaking in whole of the bathroom. It was fixed later on though. The entrance tile to the bathroom was broken, which was hurtful. I had booked for a queen size and it was confirmed until the morning I had to check in. Then, I had to take a room where 2 single beds were combined to become one but the mattresses would slip and split into two. Very disappointing.

Nothing!!!! Do not stay here!!! We checked in went upstairs and within 10 minutes we ha booked another place. We payed checked out and left! Horrendous Pics are extremely deceiving

Great spot on a quiet street. Excellent food options on the street and just nearby and a brilliant bakery at one end. Staff are super lovely, hotel was quiet at night.

The rooms are clean and Ana have smart TV , checked in showered and relaxed

It was quite loud because it’s located right beside a school. And our window faced a cement wall, so it was pretty dark.

Location was at City centre. Close to the market place and other attractions.

No direct access by 4 wheelers. Cramped common areas. No Balcony. No lift access on all floors. Inexperienced staff at night shift.

I really like the room because it was spacious, maybe the sofa in the lobby was quite filthy. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hanoi,that is good only for a couple of days, and you don't want to rip off your wallet. Highly recommended. The bananas were always fresh and ripe

Well, all basic necessities meet but they need to focus on consistency in cleaning and maintaining their facility either inside the room or in the lobby. When searching the location of the hotel,use the address not their name of the hotel.

Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious. And staff were very helpful and friendly.

Was just positioning of my room (at the back) which meant the view was a brick and wall and no natural light could get in. Maybe should show on the photos

The staff were so friendly and really attentive. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was a bonus. The location was great, a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. 2 min walk to train street.
