Such an authentic and beautiful place to stay. Really helped us connect more to the nature and disconnect from the world. Rosa is such an amazing person she is kind and hardworking. She made us feel so comfortable and cared for us a lot. The patio over the water is just so pretty and so relaxing to lie down.

Rosa is a fantastic host. She is so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was very local and tasty.

The location is wonderful. We had the top room with balcony and views from the room. The outside patio is pleasant for eating. Rosa is very attentive and will do anything to help you. We had fish dinners for 2 nights which were nice home cooked meals. Breakfast is good.

The shower drain was blocked. There is no place to hang your towels. The bathroom is quite small.

Very authentic, charmiing and perfect place to spend quiet free time. The rooms are simple but very charming. The view is wonderful, one of the best place we have evwr stayed. The food is prepared with love and the local food is very tasty. The ownerr is very kind and ready to help or to assist any time.

I liked everything, especially the family atmosphere

- Rosa, the owner, is a fantastic woman, very kind and ready to satisfy every request; two young girl help her to manage the B&B and her two son are very nice (especially Sofia). - The B&B is located in the lakeside and there is a private place where you can have breakfast (or lunch and dinner too: you can eat meat or local fish with vegetables with a very cheap bill) or you can relax or swim in the lake - There is a private parking for the car - The location is very good if you want to visit the albanian part of Ohrid lake or if you want to stop before continue to Macedonia. - The room is perfect.

Rosa, the owner, is a legend. she cooked, she made space for motorbikes, my room looked right over the water, it was really just brilliant

Everything was perfect!

Rosa ist the loveliest host you can imagine! We felt immediately home in her BnB. The room was very spacious and had everything we need (even a heating mattress in case it would have been too cold!). The view to the lake from the room was amazing! Amazing was also Rosas food (breakfast and dinner), which we really enjoyed right next to the lake. If we come back to Lin, we will definitely come back to Rosa again.

Mama Rosa is a real darling! So nice and helpful, she tries to make your stay as pleasant as she can, and even cooks very good dinner, if you want. The B&B is simple, but squeaky clean, and you have a great terrace/platform directly a the lake shore. A definite recommendation!

The location at Lake Ohrid was awesome. Great view, possible to even swim, very warm welcome and a cosy terrace! Facilities were good.

The parking lot was a bit crowded as it was full house! We had to wait until the first car in the line was leaving the following morning. Obviously guests cannot be forced to leave at a certain time, but checking and reshuffling cars can be of help in the future :).

The lady of the place is very friendly, and she can nice food as well, or a drink for the evening; really nice rooms with nice furniture (not hotel style); on the back side a terrace on the water; nice breakfast

I can honestly say that Rosa B&B is one of the nicest places we stayed at during our holidays in Albania. We would have loved to stay longer than just one night. The location in the village of Lin is perfect for people looking for a calm and beautiful place, outside of the crowds you can encounter in some regions of Albania during summer. We could enjoy a nice hike around which I recommend, through the village, the bushes and the nearby lake beaches. The B&B is comfortable and Rosa and the staff are friendly, welcoming and caring. The terrace on the lake is really beautiful, you can easily enjoy a swim and/or a good book while admiring the view. Our room was clean and comfortable, we felt welcomed and slept well. Overall, you can see that a great attention is put into the plants and the atmosphere, which feels authentic and makes you feel serene and comfortable. We had dinner on the terrace, which was good and fresh. Thanks a lot for everything, we hope to be coming back someday to enjoy this place for a longer stay !

Beautiful quiet place, amazing home made food and wine, with such a wonderful host Rosa who makes huge difference. It felt like being home. If you want to stay at Ohrid this is the place to be.

Cute B&B on the lake, super friendly staff and great food directly cooked by the owner. A strategic location if you want to explore Eastern Albania and Macedonia. I warmly recommend a stay at Rosa's!

Great stay at Rosas place! The rooms are beautiful and the Airbnb ist right at the lake, so we could swim whenever we wanted to. We felt very much at home and taken care of. Rosa cooked fresh for us every day and took care of our laundry. We were even allowed to use a boat for free. Rosa was very kind and helpful.
