Very well stocked with everything needed, clean, and pool was heated and ready for use. We enjoyed our weekend and it was a very quiet neighborhood.

This house was lovely! The backyard/pool area was well maintained and had a BBQ. There was just three of us, but the house could comfortable accommodate a bigger group. You do have to jump in a car to get to most restaurants and retail stores. A path that leads to several hiking trails is a few-minute walk. It's a quiet neighborhood. I love the layout of the house. The kitchen had full appliances and supplies to cook basic meals. This perfectly suited our needs to a quiet getaway to reset before the new year. Thank you to Ian for being a wonderful host.

This house is a great place to get away, which was our main reason for renting. Although we were by ourselves, it would be the perfect place for 3 couples. Private. A lot of the reviews had some great feedback which really helped us make our choice, but was hoping some of the problems might have been fixed. Hence the 4 stars. Still a lot of things that need attention. Easy to fix. Hopefully Ian will do some detailing. Thanks for the stay.

Awesome vacation. Excellent communication with the host, Ian. Great home for our group which was 6 adults and two kids. This house had everything we needed. Three bedrooms with a bathroom for each bedroom. Great kitchen to cook in. BBQ in back yard. The pool was a hit for all of us… so relaxing and tons of fun for the kids. Thank you

Loads of living space, great kitchen that had everything we could need. Super walk in shower in the en-suite. Spent a lot of time in and around the spacious pool. Ideal location for town or trails. Easy check-in and out and a very relaxing stay.

The smart tv in the room was kind of outdated and difficult to connect to Wi-Fi , and didn’t have up to date app for the tv . But all and all 5 stars , since we didn’t use the tv like that we had more fun with each other . Definitely coming back 💯💯💯

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s a perfect place for spending time in the pool and reading. Love it! The neighborhood is so quiet! For us, it was perfect!

This is the second VRBO my friend and I have used in order to attend our daughter's dance competition at the Hyatt Regency which is about 10 mins from the property, which was a plus. A previous review mentioned the front door area was dark and gloomy, so I was nervous about that knowing there would be late nights during the week due to the competition, but the porch light was bright and checking in was easy. Overall house was nice and as described. There were some nitpicky things, like the pillow top mattress on the Master bed moved around and slide down the side, but I always seem to have that problem wth pillow tops. There was a beeping sound coming from the garage. The garage door opener mounted on the wall displayed a Battery Replacement Message. I notified Ian, letting home know it was loud enough to hear in the house. I hoped he send someone to check it out but it just beeped all week. It didn't bother anyone so we just ignored it. Kids loved the pool, there were plenty of towels and other supplies. We ran out of kitchen trashbags on the last day, but no biggie. Being July in the desert, the A/C worked well and kept everyone comfortable. I had to add another night and Ian was able to accommodate us. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

This was a wonderful home with amazing pool to enjoy and relax. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made it a super comfortable stay. Time by the pool was perfect.

Pool was wonderful on hot days and evenings. Would have been nice if the skimmer was not torn. We had some wind and could not skim the debris off the water. Kitchen was well appointed and beds were comfortable. Location was perfect for Cove adventures.

We had a great time staying here. This was our second stay here and although the beds showed more wear, it was still a great place to stay for five of us. We did have a little issue in getting the ice maker working as it did the last time but had no luck this time. It is an extremely quiet neighborhood and a great place to stay. Having access to three bathrooms was wonderful. Ian was very responsive to questions and messages sent and the kitchen was beautiful and nicely stocked with everything we needed. If it's available, we will likely be back next year.

My family and I stayed here for a short Mother's Day getaway. Very roomy. Clean. Quiet. Convenient. The master bedroom was perfect for my 85 year old mother who uses a walker, plenty of space to maneuver around. Easy access to the bathroom. It has a washer and dryer which comes in handy. I do want to suggest you bring ice because although the fridge is big and nice, it doesn't make ice. Besides that. Everything was on point. The shops are super close. Everything you need. We have all been vegan for over 10 years and found the perfect spot to eat "Beautiful Day". Highly recommend the french toast, avocado toast, breakfast burrito and the reunben sandwich. Service was excellent. Thank you

It’s backed up to the mountains. So quiet. Beautiful. House itself was spacious. Clean. Pool was well taken care of. Warm. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

House was Effect for our girls getaway!

This house worked just fine for us. We were close to visit friends who have a place in Indio.

The property gave us what we were looking for and was advertised with 100% accuracy.

Everything was great!

I am pointing out things that are easy fixes. But, this is a wonderful place. 1. the iron is stained. Don't use it as it will permanently stain your clothing. 2. The ironing board leg was broken~ still worked but be careful. 3. The outdoor umbrella was broken. 4. and the windows in the main bedroom were not cleaned. 5. The door handle in the main bedroom bathroom vanity is broken. 6. The dining room glass sliding door latch did not appear to work. 7. We arrived at night and the front door area was completely dark. Had to use our phones to light the way :) The place was clean and the pool wonderful!

The inside of the house was nice. The AC filter vents need to be changed out but rooms etc were nicely furnished and plenty of supplies available. The pool lighting needs to be repairs, the umbrella under patio was broken as well as the lights over the pool. Plenty of seating area.

This home was the perfect getaway place for our family! Everything from the rooms to the pool was very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a vacation spot with family!

The house was comfortable, and it had everything we needed- Ie sufficient towels, kitchenware, etc. The pool was nice and clean but could use a bit of a spruce up. There was no umbrella near the loungers which would’ve been nice. Otherwise, it’s a great location in a very quiet neighborhood at the food of the mountains in Palm Dessert.
