Nice property and manager. Only drawback would be the grill listed is a public park style at the southeast end of the south building parking lot. Also the pool isn’t heated

We loved the property! Once we got settled, we had a good time. We loved the quick access to the beach and the pool right outside. We were thankful for the elevator! The master bed was very comfortable, which was a great plus! We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay here! We woke up to a beautiful sunrise each morning from our room. Our young children loved having a pool and beach just steps away (and of course they found the kids books/toys!). And the beach itself was filled with so many perfect shells for collecting. No shark teeth this trip so we’ll have to come back and try again. Thank you, Denise, for the open communication and opening up your home to us!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Denise's property. It's in a perfect location and even had a view of the sunset from the bed! It was clean and as described on the listing. She was responsive in answering questions that arose. We loved being able to walk down and be on the beach in a matter of moments. We would certainly stay here again.

The beach at Amelia Island is incredibly beautiful. I loved how all of the buildings on the beach are set way back off the beach in order to protect the very healthy dunes. Our unit was great - very clean and orderly with everything we needed for a great vacation. We discovered some really nice restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Condo was spotless and on the water; roomy 2 BR, 2 bath directly non the Atlantic Ocean; close but not too close to Fernandina Beach; had every conceivable thing you might need or want for a 5 day stay; highly recommend this property; we will return in the future

This wonderful, seaside getaway was exactly what we wanted and needed! Excellent location to everything on Amelia Island, beautiful view of the ocean, steps away from the beach, well maintained property and the condo is quaint, comfortable and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

Great location, close to many good restaurants. Beautiful beach and we are now hooked on shark teeth hunting. We totally enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back next year.

The location is great. The complex is not the newest, but everything was in good shape.

Property is well situated and convenient to all that Fernandina Beach offers. Building is an older property and it shows. However, it doesn't affect the experience. Our rental was well equipped with the basics. Some may find the high dining table and high balcony table uncomfortable, as did my wife who has arthritis and back issues. Property has a very nice pool, and access to the beach is very easy via the raised walkway. The price was reasonable and competitive.

We had an amazing time at Denise and Ryan’s beach side condo. It was on the first floor; an easy walk up from covered parking. Cute and cozy, it had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and owners were super quick via text with any questions we had. We would 100% return and recommend!

We stayed a week and the Host gave us options for food and places to visit. There were also extras including beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas.

location is fine, place smaller than expected. no security or manager on property. we had items stolen out of our car, $2000 worth. Police not helpful, gave me case number, left. the island is beautiful. our experience not so good.

My friends and I loved staying here. Check in was easy, the unit was clean and bright, and it met all of our criteria to relax at the beach. It was so convenient to have beach chairs, coolers, and even sand toys stored for guest use. The complex is nice and quiet and the pool is well maintained. Owners were very responsive to our questions.

Denise was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed Amelia Island and all it had to offer. The unit had nice view of the ocean and walking distance to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was quiet, well stocked, and provided beautiful sunrise views. The beach was uncrowded and our daughter was able to collect a great assortment of sea shells. We would definitely stay here again.

We have fallen in love with Amelia Island. This is the second time at Sand Dollar Villas. The unit is in a great location, which is super convenient when you have smaller kids. The entire complex has a cozy, home like feel. We feel so safe here. To my review title - we have 3 kids so someone always has to take the couch/pull out bed. My son never complained about it. It was the firmest, and you didn't feel the rails like you normally do. 5 stars for that alone!!
The check in process was a breeze and Denise was absolutely wonderful!! Could not be more pleased overall!!

This was our first time to the area and it couldn’t have been better. The condo and community were both great and kept up nicely. The views from the balcony are beautiful and it’s just steps from the sand. We will be back and are going to bring the rest of the family with us!

Perfect getaway!
The condo was just as described, and Amelia was all I remembered it to be. Denise left a great list of recommendations for restaurants and entertainment, and the beachfront location was perfect for a short getaway. We had a great time in Fernandina, and also made a nice day trip to St Augustine without issue. We will likely be back!

We loved our trip! The owner was in communication with us and so helpful. She really went the extra mile to accommodate our group. Everything was as described. We didn’t have a bad meal. Everyone was so friendly. We would definitely rent again.
