Great communication with the helpful owners. Wonderful central but quiet location within the Old Town walls and close access to the Riva. Equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was not included but there was a coffee machine,bottled water,wine, beer strawberries and chocolates left for us in the fridge. This is the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Also beautifully decorated and in the most amazing location overlooking one of the main squares in Split.

Perfect location right near the Riva and inside the Palace walls. Despite being so near to bars restaurants and shops it's very quiet at night. Robert was very helpful and waited for us in the square to show us around the apartment. It's probably the best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in with absolutely everything you could need. Lovely little touches like a bottle of wine and delicious cakes in the fridge. The bedroom is a little snug but the bed is comfortable and plenty of storage. Highly recommended.

Tucked away in a small alley, and smack in the middle of all the action of old town Split but quiet enough to enjoy a stay without noise. Host ensures guests are provided with necessary amenities above and beyond what is expected. Very spacious apartment with beautiful rustic decor, well thought out to provide guests with a homelike experience in this beautiful city. Easy walk to fab restos, sightseeing, shopping, Marjan Hill; best gelato shop right downstairs. One of our best apartment experiences in our travels. Thank you for a wonderful stay! And most of all, thank you for picking us up at our car rental and driving us to the apartment, after a long day of travelling.

perfectly located in the old town and 1 minute’s walk to the waterfront. extremely clean, Robert and Natalija were very welcoming both before we arrived and during our stay, even going to the effort of providing me with some gluten free bread as I had asked about gluten free food beforehand. highly recommend staying here and would do so again.

We have been travelling in Europe for over four months and this was by far the best self catered apartment we have stayed in. We meet the owners for key pick up, they lead us up an easy access stairwell to the apartment and explained everything to us. Also gave us a few local tips about Split which was handy. We were delighted to find that the kitchen is fully decked out with everything you could possibly need for cooking eggs to roasting a chicken! Inside the full size fridge were some goodies from the owners to get us started as well - a very nice touch. All the appliances are like new and are of top quality. The whole place was spotless and has been tastefully decorated. The location is perfect for getting to tours, restaurants, supermarket, with the owners living near by and available through Whatsapp. We were working remotely and were very reliant on the internet that had good speeds that didn’t fade. Large screen TV in the living room has satellite channels so we could catch up on the news of the world outside Split - but in the end we didn’t bother. We found a bit of heaven on earth - right there in the middle of Split.

The accommodation was wonderful, impeccable. Whatever you needed, you could find in the house. We thank Robert for the reception and for giving us the best suggestions. I highly recommend! 10 ++++

The wonderfull experience in Split Excellent suite, one of the best we have stayed in. Pure luxury and elegance, full of charm and warm decorated details that made our feel relaty special. Very comfy and tidy. Top location we enjoyed at everymoment of our stay. Would highly recommened and would stay there agan.

Beautiful property right in the centre of historic Split. Hosts were very accommodating and let us check out later which was very kind. Lovely relaxing and calm oasis to return to after a day sightseeing. Highly recommend.

A real gem in the old city. Beautiful quality clean apartment and had all facilities. Robert met us early and was very proud of his apartment. So tranquil inside but buzzing with life and cafes outside on the historic square. We feel really lucky to have picked so well. Also our hosts left us food and wine as a welcome gift. Top stay!
