Location was excellent- very central yet in a quiet back street so no late night noise. Loved the small balcony. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment.

Air conditioning was quite noisy so had to turn it off in the bedroom during the night however left living room one on and left bedroom door open so was fine. Ironing board would have been handy to go with iron provided.

The appartament is well located, in a beautiful part of split. Walking distance to the old town Split and surrounding attractions. Huge variety of restaurants to choose from. Great host.

To take into consideration - Even though we knew when making our booking, there is no parking close to the appointment. The closest parking garage is very expensive. But for people flying in or making use of taxis it is perfect.

Comfortable apartment in a great location in a quaint corner of the old town. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with our request to drop luggage before check in, and with advice for restaurants and activities.

The only critique would be the run down state of the building entry and stairwell. It made us a little nervous when we arrived but once we got to the unit it was as beautiful and just like the pictures.

Everything! The apartment was beautiful… welcoming, comfortable and conveniently located. It had everything we could ask for as well as a great location — quick walk to restaurants, coffee, Riva and the waterfront. Tomo was extremely responsive and even came to our rescue when we arrived exhausted and needed help.

We loved it here — no problems.

The location was ideal, in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood but just a few minutes walk from the seafront and most of the town’s attractions. Having a mini market at the bottom of the hill was very handy too.

Really great apartment with very comfortable beds. The host, Tomo, was very kind and helpful! There is not a lot of noise coming from surrounding areas which is great but it’s still very close to everything so perfect combination.

Well located, comfortable and clean place. The host was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that we have a good time. He gave us many tips for things to do around.

The location was excellent. Just a 2 minute walk to the main area. Very close to everything but a lovely quiet location so no problem sleeping. The beds were comfy and a welcome pack of coffee for the expresso machine a bottle of red wine was a nice touch. Tomo the host was great and can help with getting around. We found using Uber to and from the airport was great and approx 35 euros.

Great location for exploring split. So much space for a group of 4 and facilities fantastic. Very comfy beds and seating areas. Owner was so flexible with arrival times / dropping bags and helpful with recommendations for Split!

Air con was fine in main room but got a bit warm at nights in bedrooms, some fans were provided though which was helpful.

The apartment was very well equipped and had all you needed for a stay in Split. The 2 best things about the apartment were the location; so close to the centre of the town yet so quiet and the owner, Tomo. Before we arrived his communication was excellent, he met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and he sent us lots of excellent suggestions for where to eat and places to go. Really valuable with us only being in Split for 4 days. Would very much recommend.

Great location with plenty of room. Our host communicated easily, allowed us into the apartment much earlier than we thought, and provided great recommendations for things to do and restaurants.
