We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spacious and our stay was peaceful.

As usual, our stay at rhe Caribe was wonderful! We switched from a 3- bedroom in building C to a 4-bedroom in building B which didn’t disappoint. It was beautifully decorated and so spacious. Our favorite past time while there is sitting and enjoying the view of the bay. The sunsets viewed from the balcony were gorgeous! We hope to be back next year! Plus Alabama Getaways is the best!!

Cockroaches crawling and flying. Have a picture and video to share. One came home in our friends suitcase and she had to call the exterminator. If cockroach lays eggs in your house you will now have roaches in your house! Shared owner the situation with roach because we had to sleep in the living room due to roach in master bedroom. After 8 attempts reaching out to owner to address the roaches, no response from Owner. Owner was quick to asked us to do them a favor put away cushions when storm came and we followed through. We also asked for an extra blanket, towels, and toilet papers because there was only 1 roll in each of the 3 bathrooms for 10 ppl. for 5 nights 6 days stay. No big deal we went out to buy toilet paper. We stay at vrbos every vacation and this is by far worse because customer service is horrible with the owner ignoring our requests. Fast to collect money and get the rental locked but worst CS ever! Very disappointed. Kitchen had no condiments cooking supply and was bare bones and we had to go out and buy them. I highly recommend not to stay because you won’t hear a word from the Owner!

Orange beach was great, not nearly as busy as FL. Condo was great, near the elevator so easy in and out. Had amazing viewed and was plenty big. We really enjoyed ourselves!

The place is ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKING! It was like being in paradise for a week. SPECTACULAR OCEAN VIEWS throughout condo. I have allergies and the place was exceptionally clean. Place is more than adequate for large family- we had a party of seven people. We loved the wrap around outdoor patio ocean view. Plenty of pools and entertainment on property. Host was welcoming, and quick to respond. Plenty of water activities . My family had a fabulous time!!

Our stay was amazing. The condo looked just like the pictures. There were only a few nit-picky things I would have changed (no sink/shelf space in the smaller balcony room), but that’s just my personal preference. I think the shelf space in the second balcony room and there only being one king bed in the condo were the only things that could have made it perfect for me, personally. The rental company was very good at sending me text updates with anything (like parking passes and room keys). There was also a small issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly, so I sent them a text about it and they sent someone to fix it. The condo was beautiful, and we all loved it there. The balcony view was amazing.

Our state was based on a golf trip with three other guys. We each had our own room, and our experience was great! The accommodations, cleanliness, items provided for kitchen and laundry, and overall accommodations could not have been better. Great view from the balcony of the bay and all the boats, water, wildlife, and breeze just made it special. Highly recommend this place for either golf trip as we experienced it or a Family needing a nice place to stay for a few days. Will stay again here if it’s available.

The condo was great but very disappointed about the indoor pools being closed and kids that were out after midnight running up & down sidewalks.

Great property and location. Very thankful for the hot tubs and indoor pools since the weather did not cooperate with our spring break timeline.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and well set up. We were there for a bachelorette trip and the condo came stocked with everything we needed in terms of kitchen, laundry, bath things. We had an AMAZING view and the condo itself is gorgeous. The only thing we were sad about was part of the pool/lazy river was closed while we stayed, and we didn’t know that ahead of time. Also, our parking passes were not there when we arrived, but the host was quick to respond and someone came by to deliver them later that evening. We overall had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Would recommend!

An absolutely amazing property. We were hoping for a little warmer weather to take advantage of some of the amenities available to us, but other activities didn’t leave much time for it anyway. It’s more beautiful than the pictures show. More than enough room for 6 adults. Wish our 5 day stay could have been longer. The balcony is so impressive, and we caught partial sunrises from one end and partial sunsets from the other. The only easy fix request is for the bedroom with window facing outdoor corridor needs a blackout curtain as it never gets dark to sleep. Not a problem with noise at all, just incoming light sneaking through the blinds. DEFINITELY a place we would return to.

The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The fact the lazy river and other amenities were closed should have been reported to us in advance though. This group was so excited about the lazy river and the upper level pool only to arrive with surprise closing of those.

Beautiful condo, BUT......Listing was 2 kings, 1 queen, bunk room. Only 1 king. (Bad sleep) Toilets in 2 baths did not flush properly. No vents in laundry room: condensation on ceiling, walls, etc. Kitchen cabinets are peeling. Employees responded, offered suggestions(blow up air mattress...seriously??) Sent toilet repairman following day. My husband temp fixed one of the toilets. Smallest showers/bathrooms ever. No countertop in 2nd bath.(pedestal sink). Again, the living area, and balcony are gorgeous. Needs work, though. Wish we'd been notified of changes. We would have rented a different space.

The property was very nice and has updated furnishings inside. Balcony furniture was nice except for the broken couch. Must of read the listing wrong said primary bedroom has a king size bed and then says guest 1 bedroom has king size bed. Took that’s as two king size beds. So we booked it. Very disappointed to find only one. Need to check for remodeling areas also. Didn’t mind because we know it was off season but they shut the elevator off that went to the third floor of the parking garage where the pools and lazy river are so the construction workers wouldn’t use it. Made it hard for those who can’t do steps well. Still an amazing place. Christmas decorations in the lobbies were beautiful. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay, the Caribe is great for kids and family friendly. It’s a bit dated and needs some updates but an easy vacation spot! The condo was great!

Beautiful place. Only downside is that furniture is not very comfortable. The couch in pic is not the couch that's there. Master bed was hard. Views are amazing.

None of TVs worked finally fixed after couple days -Had to get Keys fixed couple times Refrigerator did not reach decent cool level but most upsetting we found out had to Pay Extra $300 for Boat Slip-need to mention Not Included on Website!

We absolutely loved our trip! The amenities were fantastic! The views were incredible! We had 8 adult. There was enough to do to let everyone do what they wanted to do. The condo was spacious enough that we didn’t feel on top of each other. Great time!

Condo was very nice Pool areas need some updating and repair Girls working the front desk are extremely rude. Overall great place to stay we will be back!

My friends and I attended a conference in Gulf Shores in August. One of my friends is a RN who travels a lot and is very aware of the cleanliness of her accommodations. She couldn't believe how clean and well maintained this condo was! We all loved it and we each want to go back with our families! Thanks for renting such a nice place in a great location with a beautiful view!

Great property and the views make up for almost everything but condo is not great for elderly guests. My 76 year old father came with us and there was no comfortable high sitting chair that he could get out of. Also guest bed in room with ocean view needs major improvement. Queen mattress on full bed with twin metal cot frame instead of box spring! My Dad almost fell off.

We enjoyed a quick getaway to the beach and enjoyed all the amenities at the Caribe. Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Caribe. The condo was great, and the views were amazing. We were hesitant to stay on the bay side instead of the gulf, but the views of the bay were outstanding and even better than just stay staring at the gulf all day. We would 100% recommend staying here and will be back. Also, Alabama Getaways was first class as a property management company and this is coming from someone who owns a property management company in Florida. I whole heartly recommend staying with them whether you stay at this condo or not. You will not be disappointed. I also want to give my praise to Abby who was so helpful during our stay. She seemed to be on it every step of the way. Great job Alabama Getaways!

My family was visiting from WV to celebrate my daughter’s high school graduation! We had an amazing and relaxing vacation!

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean! Great location and plenty of stuff for the kids to do!

Everything about our condo was perfect. Clean and comfortable and so convenient for our family! Comfortable beds and bedding, ice machine to fill our ice chest and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. We reserved a boat slip which was so convenient as we mainly boat and fish when we vacation in Orange Beach. We were so pleased with the organization and follow through during the “check in” process. We were even lucky enough to get early check in! We thank y’all so much and can not wait to book again!
