First time staying in the Lauderdale area. Everyone loved the easy access to things to do. Kitchen was small, but had essentially what we needed for our feast (and Publix was close by).

Great location near shops, restaurants and beach! Owners were helpful and accommodating.

Checkin process was easy with access door code. Duplex was in a nice safe neighborhood. Walking distance to nice restaurants and shops and also the beach. Duplex was very spacious and clean.

Everything was perfect. From cleanliness to the modern look of the property. It had everything my family and I needed. Not to mention a gracious host who was available to answer any questions we had.

The property was as described. We had a great time.

Nice clean house great location

I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to so many stores nearby, restaurants, and even the beach! Everything was walking distance. The house was exactly like the pictures and once we arrived they made us a gift basket and everything was organizad. They also had games for the whole family to enjoy and play. It felt like home and also had beach supplies which was perfect. I would recomend this to anyone and we had to stay 1 more day longer and the owner was flexible about it.

We decided to rent a house instead of the usual hotel & we are so glad we did. Home was comfortable, clean and location was great. Patio was great for relaxing after golf & meeting up with friends who live in the area. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Will certainly consider again. Hosts are great!

What a wonderful place to stay at Lauderdale by the Sea! So close to shops, dining and of course the beach! I reported a damaged coffee maker and that same day had a replacement. Very clean and lovely accommodations!

This place was great! It’s a safe, walkable area (in Lauderdale by the Sea). There was a (free) parking spot and all the things we needed. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The condo was in great shape and was with in walking distance to almost every place we went.

Great place to stay with a group of friends or couples. Short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. There’s a generous supply of household essentials and it was very easy to communicate with the property managers.

The property was as advertised. very nice spaces to stretch out. We were there in the heat of the summer. very comfortable in. Really enjoyed the patio at night.

The property was extremely close to the beach which was amazing. Jan and Thomas were very receptive to any needs we had for our long stay, being just a text away. The house was perfect for 5 adults. I highly recommend staying here.

The property and owners were awesome. They had an inviting basket of goodies awaiting our arrival and answered any questions we had immediately. The house was stocked with all the necessities and much more. They spent a lot of time on the small little touches, leaving us needing nothing. We were within walking distance of the beach and anything we needed. Thank you for a great vacation. Would stay here again.

My wife, our infant and our nanny stayed here for the month of February, and our experience was nothing short of great! The house was super clean, spacious and generally exceeded our expectations! The Brains, the property managers, were super accommodating and helpful. In the early part of our stay and during atypically cooler weather in South Florida, they dropped off a (unnecessary) space heater for our daughter's room and put together a very nice welcome basket prior to our arrival. They also checked in (over email) throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would have loved to extend our stay for another month, but unfortunately, it was already booked. We hope to stay here again next year, and we look forward to making this an annual trip! Thanks for having us!

The house was exactly as described with more than enough space for our group of 7. It’s located perfectly in the neighborhood that to get to food and other shops is about a 3-6 minute walk.
