We enjoyed our stay here as the property is amazing and so is food. We really liked the spa treatments and breakfast/ dinner buffet. Also staff is really welcoming .

We had multiple instances during our stay during which our requests just fell on deaf ears (never sending buggy despite requesting, monkeys urinating in our balcony and it being not getting cleaned the next day cleaning; rest alone same day cleaning even after pointing it out). If you are charging like Taj then you have to provide services like Taj.

hospitality was over the top, smiling staffs greeting as we ne walks by, cleanliness was great, location is very calm and serene.

bit of issue with some bathroom and massage centre but not big ones.

I’m not satisfied with the price I was charged. it wasn’t definitely 28k worth! only two meals were inclusive. No added experiences. Atleast activities or mini bar should have been free. There’s nothing much to do in property. Had it been 12-13k it would have been worth it.

Beautiful property just like the natural environment around it, set in a lush, green & densely vegetated area in the mountains. Its a very well maintained property with comfortable rooms offering great views

A M A Z I N G place... The resort is top class in all respects. The mountain facing suites and the courtyard facing suites are the best. Class dining and the views are breath-taking. Was there just before the rains. Yet to check winter. Lot of activities for the kids too - the gaming room, the pool... Etc. The pool has mesmerizing views. The food is delicious and the ala-carte is fairly priced. The SPA is state-of-art too. Even the basic rooms are well located and worth it totally. A must visit for all. Nature is put before construction here.

Nothing actually - only the room service can be a bit lazy sometimes.
