Perfect vacation spot for family’s with kids! We loved it and the kids had a blast !!

We had a great stay! Owner was super responsive and flexible. Condo was great and comfortable.

Although the inside of the condo was nice the carpet in the main hallway was very dirty. Was afraid to walk on it barefoot and in some areas the smell was bad. Work was being done near the condo and sawdust was coating the balcony. They also decided to start banging early in the am. The inside was quite pleasant.

The unit is beautiful and big enough for family of 7.

This property is very well maintained and up to date. A short walk puts you on the private beach. Water is beautiful. The pool area is child friendly and very clean.

We stayed a week to attend a wedding and have some beach time. This would be the 2nd time we have stayed in this building and we love the location and the atmosphere of the building.

We loved the double Master bedrooms, deep tubs, multiple pools, hot tubs, easy access to private beach and the owner is great!

The place was great. We all enjoyed. One toilet was broken when we got there and they never did come to fix it. Other than that we would stay here again.

This condo worked out great for our family's short beach getaway! The hostess was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. She has done a good job of making the condo feel good and thinking of extras to make our stay even easier and better!

This is our second stay in this same condo. We love staying here. Waterscape has pools for all ages and the beach is great. We love Ft Walton.

The overall complex was good for family. A lot of pool and water activities. Beach was a disappointment. Way to crowded and seating was unpleasant. Not enough chairs at the pools. Make sure you take first aide kits in case because office has nothing. Also it would be nice to have some information about how to navigate through areas in complex. The areas outside in halls of rooms were dirty carpet. In all we made the best out it and beds were comfy.

This place is awesome. Just what my family needed. My mom is in a wheelchair and I did not know how to get her to the beach. Everything were perfect. The parking were great. Real easy access for moving my mom around. It was a safe and friendly family environment throughout the resort. The condo were very nice. Clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was awesome and the property manager were great and communicated with me well. When I called she answered and very friendly. She had everything there we needed as she had stated. Thank you for making our vacation Wonderful.

We had a great week! I think one of the best things about this was the bunk room actually had a door and that was so helpful! I loved that it was two king rooms. We did not have any writstbands when we arrived and the owner was so quick to respond and we were able to get them right away. Location is so convenient to grocery, gas and restaurants and I love that we are steps from the beach!!

This property is absolutely amazing! The condos are spacious and provide everything that one could possibly need, all the amenities of home. There are many activities for all ages. It is located in a prime location, right on the beach! and near dining, shopping and other tourist attractions.

We visit WaterScape often and love it. Didn’t expect Hilton to block our view. Refrigerator didn’t work first day (refunded) Master sink drain was plugged entire visit. We accomplished our goal for the trip.

Everything I expected

The property was easy to get to. Our family liked the location. Close to restaurants, but not in the hustle. We enjoyed our winter getaway even though some of our days were cold. We still enjoyed the hot tubs. Melody was prompt on reply’s. We plan to stay here in the future.

Nice, clean place. If you are there on New Year’s Eve, be on the beach at 8 for the fireworks shot from the pier! Very nice!

The stay was very nice. Good location, restaurants nice and close. Beds comfy, nice little kitchen with everything you needed. Only down side was the couch and loveseat was very uncomfortable , I think they need to be replaced. Otherwise..all good, would refer to others.

We had the most amazing time on our last minute trip! The condo itself is stunning. The property has amazing pools, lazy river, and even a kids splash pad AND ITS ON THE BEACH. The owner is so nice and we are so grateful we got to stay in her unit.

It was very easy to rent!

Everything about this rental was awesome! The owner was very responsive and worked well with my family. We originally booked this condo pre-COVID. Then the pandemic forced us to change plans. She was very understanding and helped us move things around even though she didn’t have to! I would not hesitate renting this condo again! The condo was super clean and Melody was amazing! 5-stars all around.

Overall very nice and comfortable unit. Only disappointment was having strangers in & out to make a couple of repairs with our personal items there & us gone. Very easy check in & good communication with property manager.

We were very impressed with how beautiful the condo was! We cooked most meals in the completely stocked kitchen, not stocked with food but absolutely everything we needed to make all our meals. Publix was basically around the corner so that helped. We will be returning this condo next year!!

To start off arriving, we were given the wrong condo number and completely intruded and embarrassed ourselves & the other family by trying our code 5 times. Once we figured out which one was ours, we were very happy with the place. As we started putting all our food and luggage away, we noticed there was food left behind on top of the fridge, behind the pantry shelves, and on the floor. The cleaning is not the owners fault, however, the cleaning staff at waterscape should be aware that it is not done well. There was hair matted against the baseboards and I don't think they regularly wash the mattress covers. We found red lipstick and hair on ours. Two of the wicker chairs in the dining area were ripped apart. We were a family of 8 staying in this condo, so we had no other choice than to eat separately (some outside and some indoors). When bedtime arrived on the first night, we went to set up the sofa sleeper and it was broken. Depending on what end you sleep at, your feet or head would be *considerably* higher than the other. There was no way to use it. The owner said she would order a new sofa sleeper, but that didn't help us as her guests who paid for a family of 8 to sleep there. This was really disappointing and made our trip difficult/changed it immensely. We were treating my mother-in-law to a trip & it was going to be amazing to have her help with our five children. That bonding experience was greatly hindered because we had to get a separate condo so people could sleep comfortably; this was vacation after all. The predicament we were in was absolutely ridiculous, however. I would have given this place a 4 star rating, if we didn't have that huge issue. The 4 star would have been because we loved waterscape and had a fantastic time on the property and beach!! Also that the condo was a great size. I would have taken a star off for there not being enough mugs, silverware, & chairs for our group. My husband was also having to fix the dishwasher every day and we had a back burner out on the stove. I did like that the owner was easy to get ahold of, but I wish we never had to. We were reimbursed $100 for our troubles, however, I didn't think that was enough to make me feel like she really cared. I have been considering reaching out to vrbo and discussing this with them. It just doesn't seem right that I booked for a party of 8 and it only slept 6. What options did we have???? There was literally no option for us and it really altered our trip.

Property was clean and quiet. Pools were a little cold but nothing that stopped the kids from swimming. All the workers other than the front desk people were extremly helpful.

We loved this condo on the beach. It had everything we needed and it was so close to everything we wanted to do and where we wanted to eat. We loved that soap and detergent were offered, but we did need more trash bags than just the one that was provided. I wish the pool had been heated because it was cold during our stay, but it’s still a beautiful facility.
