Our stay at this VRBO in downtown Kennebunk was absolutely unforgettable, and I can't recommend it enough. Location: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is nothing short of spectacular. Nestled right in the heart of downtown Kennebunk, you'll find yourself within walking distance of all the town's delightful attractions. Whether you want to explore the quaint shops, savor delicious seafood at local restaurants, or take a leisurely stroll along the scenic streets, everything is right at your doorstep. Accommodation: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The living room is cozy, with plush furnishings, and the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and offer a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with essential amenities. Amenities: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What sets this VRBO apart are the thoughtful amenities provided. The VRBO is stocked with everything you might need, from fresh linens and towels to a fully-equipped kitchen. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. The outdoor patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and there's even a grill.

Charming little place with everything you need. So close to everything and the owner couldn’t be nicer. Very clean and more than enough room for a family stay.

A great home for a week in Maine. The house is nicely done and perfectly sized for our group of 4. A great location in Kennebunk, with easy drives to the beaches and other points of interest. Shelly was a great host.

We have always spent a week in Maine and stayed in Kennebunkport. We found this Vrbo and we’re drawn by the cleanliness rating (we rented a place on the ocean several years ago and it was so very unclean this is now my main requirement). The house is immaculate, but also high quality finishes in decor and other touches. We lacked for nothing! The location is in the heart of downtown Kennebunk, behind a fun bowling alley/Gastropub. Plenty of breakfast and coffee spots, and Shelly provided a parking pass for nearby beaches. Even if the house were just okay, we’d have plenty to do. But the house was adorable. When we had a rain day, we played backgammon and cooked and truly felt like we were home (if my home were cute and uncluttered!) I cannot say enough about how perfect this house was for my husband, me, and our two adult sons. Shelly is attentive to every detail, we did not need her at all, but when I did message she responded immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The tidy home has quick access to anything of interest in the area - downtown Kennebunkport is a quick 7-10 minutes away as well as all of the things to do outside of that area (ie; local beaches etc). The home was a great size for our family of four with two teenagers - there is a nice size living room to hang out in plus an enclosed porch with ample seating to hang out. The bathroom has a very roomy walk-in shower, with a great ledge to put all of your overnight bags etc. It is very well set up for a short term stay allowing you to keep an organized and calming environment. There is a great kitchen set up with an amazing stove, various coffee makers to use, ample fridge space and an outdoor grill. Whether throwing something together or making a meal, you will find what you need there. The home was extremely clean from the outdoor porch, to the bathroom to the kitchen. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The host was amazing to communicate with - quick communication for any question asked. Also, as far as 'extra' touches, in my experience this was beyond anything I have experienced. It actually makes it hard to rate other experiences now b/c this was so thoughtful, generous and welcoming. Would definitely recommend staying in this lovely home in this quintessential Maine town.
