The beach and water were fabulous! Kenny and the beach chairs were definitely a plus! The pool was clean and pool area was clean as well. The hours for the fitness center have a little to be desired...it is only open during business hours 9-5 and we are early risers and start the day with activity...not able to use the fitness center because it was only open during “Prime” beach time or while we needed to be at convention center. As for unit 4007, great unit! If I were to be nit-picky...the trash cans under sink need the mechanism secured so trash can don’t fall out every time you use the trash cans...I ended up pulling one out and sitting it in the kitchen. The paint (or wrap) on cabinets is peeling. If you are visiting and like the room cold, this place is for you, but if you like several blankets...you need to bring your own.

The condo was clean and had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and the included beach chairs were comfortable. The only complaint is we went in April and the pool heater had already been turned off so the water was cold, but other than that a great place to stay. Would stay there again

With 4 adults there was not enough towels. We had to call main office but was given some pretty quickly. Also with there being 4 of us, we could ot sit together on the beach as we were only allowed 2 chairs without a fee.

The photos looked nice and the location is great. But the place is old. This was evident when we showed up by the exterior looks and the smell of the unit (like ingrained smoke from decades past). I seriously question the cleaning of the unit since there was hair on the couch and pills spilled on the bedroom floor. There’s also deferred maintenance even though this unit looked updated in photos. The A/C vent and fridge both had a lot of rust on the front and the kitchen cabinet was broken with paint stripped off. Unit and fees are pricey so we simply expected more. Left early and stayed at a different property.

Great trip and place to stay

This unit was decorated beautifully and everything was so clean. The location on the beach was amazing. The complex was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. They cleaned all of the common areas every morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very clean! We usually stay at the Azure but switched it up since there wouldn't be as many of us this year. Only one complaint- no hot tubs.

Beach was not too crowded, we had a nice family vacation.

This is easily one of the cleanest places we have stayed since we started coming to Okaloosa Island to vacation over 10 years ago. Everything was as shown in the pictures and the location is great.

This condo was as depicted in pictures. The beds including the pull out couch were HARD. IF YOU LOVE A HARD UNCOMFORTABLE MATTRESS THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. On our second day of the stay the elevators quit working and they did not attempt to repair until the following day! 4th floor steps, a dark barely lit stairwell and a constant pressure washing of sand from the floors made for hazardous steps. The elevators were iffy all week. The beach boardwalk from the property was closed the entire week, which meant entering at the public beach entries on each end of the property. A long inconvenient walk especially for older people. The boardwalk will not be repaired until the last of May! I would never book this condo or any condo on this property, nor would I book with the company Brooks and Shorey again. I have visited FWB/DESTIN multiple times a year since 1998. Worst experience I've experienced with a property. The weather and the sand beautiful as always. New mattresses would improve the condo immensely.

My family and I had a wonderful time on our trip with you all! Perfect location, near great food, and very nice accommodations. Our only complaint is the boardwalk was out of commission for 5/7 days of our trip. It was inconvenient that it stayed closed for such a long time.

Excellent place to stay. Pics and description were accurate. Easy access to the beach and pool. Awesome view. Plenty of room and everything we needed for our family.

Great view and place to stay

Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. One thing I like to suggest: Little more pots and pans to cook will be good.

The condo was beautiful and perfectly located! Beach access was fantastic! Convenient to Destin and other towns and beaches. The condo had everything we needed and was a peaceful spot for our vacation! (2 kids, 9 and 6)

Check in was so simple. Condo was easy to find, clean and spacious. Views from the deck were beautiful!

The Kenmore stove didn’t have a lower coil in the oven. Unable to use. No blankets, the Mr Coffeemaker was broken(grounds went everywhere), no bread knife, 2 sm saucepans and 1 peeling Teflon skillet. Staff was very friendly. Will not return! Beware! View was beautiful!
