Great stay at a wonderful home and community. Highly recommend

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The downstairs provided the perfect place for the family who had a newborn baby--they could decamp so the baby didn't bother anyone. The mattresses are overly firm, one might say hard; they would benefit from some foam toppers or something to improve the comfort. House was very clean. Location is central to everything in Lehighton which is great, as it's not a large town and it can be difficult to find satisfactory accommodations in town.

What a lovely home, with a great, convenient location to various attractions, and shops to grab essentials. We loved how every room has a theme, and how the house has so many gathering spaces for hanging out, taking and playing games. We had a wonderful stay, and the homeowners were very responsive, and a pleasure to deal with at every stage. We would absolutely stay there again.

I would definitely stay here again. My family loved it. It was clean and organized. Plenty of spaces to gather in. There was only a one thing missing, a mop but I bought one and left it behind for next visitor. Loved this place and all of the space it offers.

The house was very clean and organized and spacious. I loved the different themes in the house. Robin and Debbie have done a wonderful job on the house. Will definitely stay here again. Location was good too.

My family and I drove in from NJ for a weekend getaway of skiing for our daughter's13th bday . The house is beautiful, very clean . We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again .

Hinkle Haus is nice and cozy with several patios and gathering rooms. Very clean and quirky. Close to everything you need in Lehighton.

It's a really nice place. Clean, well kept, the AC was fine. The property is well maintained and in good repair. But the beds... Like concrete on stilts. Had to go buy mattress toppers. That's literally the only bad part, unfortunately poor sleep really made the trip rough. Might be ok for people who like sleeping on very firm mattresses but I don't think these beds would work for most people.

The house was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable, the basement was great to chill in and play pool or ping pong. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Rented this due to close to my son wedding. Great location. No poker table like picture shows. Owner very responsive to questions. Air was out part of the time (no fault of owner) but owner was quick to resolve issue.

We were a party of 8 (2 families) staying here for our second ski trip this year. The location was only 25min to Blue Mountain and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The kids hung out in the basement while the adults enjoyed our time upstairs. More than anything, the place was so clean and so well organized with detailed instructions and prompt communication with the owners that it made our stay to much more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for the next season and I highly recommend this place!

Great house! The house exceeded our expectations! It was clean, with plenty of space, greatly organized with all explanations and plenty of extra staff! Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

We stayed with our friends family and had a wonderful experience. The place is very clean and so well organized that I didn’t have to ask any other questions to the owners. Wonderful location and just the right amount of space for our ski trip. Thank you and we’ll be back!

The house is clean except the inside of the refrigerator. Calls were made to the owners regarding the AC not working after it was turned on upon arrival. AC starts working after more than 4 hours. A good call back from the owners is much appreciated just to assure us that AC is in good condition and will be working soon. We only stayed there for 2 nightS weekend stay. Owner Robbin called back Monday just to asked about a bench inside the garage with a sign do not park car inside the garage. Then she found the bench anyway. We wrote a note on the book located on the living room table that we will be coming back for a weekend getaway. We change our mind. We will definitely NOT coming back!

This house is amazing! Beautiful ranch house located in Lehighton PA, just minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The finished basement is amazing, our teenage daughter and her friends loved it! We will be renting this property again!

The property is wonderful with a rich history. Located in a quaint town and close to tons of things to see and do. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. Would love the opportunity to stay again.

Dear Debbie & Robin, Thank you for letting us staying in your family home. The house has everything we need. Kitchen is fully equipped. House is clean and is as described in the listing. It's very close to everything which is a plus. 15 minutes drive to Aldi supermarket which is awesome (-in case we need as anything, it's right there. 🙂�🙂�🙂�) We love hiking and the house is very close to many hiking trails. We went to Jim Thorpe, Hawk Falls and Beltzville Lake during our 4-days stay. Everything was lovely and perfect. Thank you so much once again, guys! We had a wonderful time at this home. The neighborhood is nice and generally quiet, which worked well for our family (children ages 11 and 8). We could walk to get ice cream and play outside, but the roads are not busy. The house was clean, well-stocked with essentials and very much felt like a home as opposed to a sparse rental property. Our kids loved the game room and the themes of each bedroom. Debbie and Robin provided a very helpful binder with restaurant suggestions, local activities, and info about the house. This was exactly what we were looking for to have a week away in the Poconos.

Everything was amazing from the time we checked in to the time we left ! Got to meet Debbie and she was so nice and sweet ! The house was better than expected ! Clean . The scenery outside was beautiful ! Xoxo Can’t wait to come to come back

During our mini weekend get away we were able to enjoy everything the house has to offer. The upper deck was perfect for grilling and relaxing and the indoor patio was great for evening. The bar was a great touch and the pool table as well. The only negative thing was the refrigerators weren't super clean on the insides and there was previous renters items in it. Overall we had a great time!

We had the best time. The games were a great bonus. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The house was warm since we went in the winter time. The outside is very pretty. There was Walmart 5 min away which was great. If you are planning on booking this house i would 10/10 recommend it. We originally got the house for two days but we extended our stay. The property managers were super nice. Everything was great. We would love to go back!

The home accommodated our family of 8 very well. Lots of space to spread out and also great space for game playing! All the comforts of home! We'll look forward to a return trip!

I flew from MN, picked up my Aunt in Georgia, she turned 90 on Weds and her daughter, 3 grandkids and 8 greatgrand kids (that she had never met) live within 20 miles of the Hinkle House. My brother/ niece came from IL, and stayed with us. My son and family from WA, stayed at the Harry Packer Mansion, but the kids wanted to stay at Hinkle House. On Saturday my daughter/family arrived from MN as did my sister/extended family/cousin from NJ. So the long distance cousins had a chance to bond together. We had a dinner at the Boulevard for 35 to celebrate and throughout the weekend family made their way over to visit with Grandma/Aunt Ruth. There was so much room to have conversations and keep the grandkids occupied. The kids loved the lower level, pool table, tv, yard with bat/whiffle balls and screened in lower porch area. And the adults took over the upper deck. This is a great place for a family get together highly recommend it.

Our stay was amazing!!! This is our 2nd time around at the Hinkle Haus and we love it... they have some great nature walks within the area. Shopping center was close by and not to far away. We went to the beach/lake which was like about 15mins way! Overall stay was great!!

Thank you, Debbie and Robin, for another great stay! We were thrilled to be able to return with our family and the house was just as perfect as we remembered. We had everything we needed for the kids and enjoyed being so close to the pool, playground, movie theater, and bike trail.

We had a great time at Robin and Debbie's house. We went for a ski trip to Blue Mountain and found the house in great shape, very comfortable and super clean. The drive to the slopes took ~ 20 minutes or less, so it was a good location for us. We would definitely stay again.

Great host, flexible and easy to work with. Can't recommend enough
