Front room was cozy, couches were comfy. Bathroom was big and linens were clean.
Drywall in bathroom was peeling and mildewing. Bunk beds were squeaky. Mattress and pillow were thin. Room number was not clearly specified, and agent on phone expressed and demonstrated a lack of knowledge on the location. It took half an hour and much frustration to figure out where I was staying.

Nothing was all too dirty.
The house was very dirty, the room was very dusty and the floor was a lot of hair and dust, the bathrooms had the trash cans full, the sink with a lot of dirt and the shower with a lot of hair and dirt. It was horrible to have to spend the night in that place, we were disgusted to sleep in bed.

It was close to where I needed to be and therefore convenient. Nobody else was there during my stay so it was nice and quiet. The self check in was convenient since I was arriving late at night.
Overall the place was a bit run down. The level of cleanliness was questionable as I found dirty towels left on the floor of my room from a previous guest. The air conditioner in my room only seemed to function as a fan and did not cool off the room. It was a hot and humid night so the room was very warm and stuffy and not very comfortable.

The lack of any table or chairs in the bedroom.
You have to drop your clothing right on the floor as you undress to get to bed.
It would be a big to do to provide that extra comfort to each of your bedroom.
Just to let you know of this basic extra comfort that ought to be brought up to your attention.
It was beautiful, the kitchen cabinets, top quality appliances, the flooring, the bathroom fixtures, the bedroom with a good bed, and the interior design present throughout the dorm.

Nothing like in the pictures. Poorly done.
Bathroom was disgusting. No place to place your belongings. We had to put everything on the floor or on the bed. Even the bathroom didn't even have a place or a hook to put your towel down.

When I found my room not what I speced and the guy had an attitude cuz I asked for help and kept questioning me about how I found it when I arrived.

I want to give a shout out to Cedric , who was managing the property when we were there. Very nice and accommodating, the slats on my bed collapsed during the night , which interfered with my sleep but Cedric repaired the bed the next night at midnight by himself. He is great, friendly and professional. The dorm is a great idea, I felt safe inside , I would recommend more lighting outside. If I had been by myself, I would have felt uneasy coming and going .
