Clean! Well stocked, towels, kitchen supplies…! Loved the area also. So many options within walking distance.

My sisters and I stayed at this condo to celebrate my sister's birthday. There were four of us and we each got our own room and our own bathroom. The unit was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. The temperature settings were perfect and we never felt too hot or too cold. The unit was bigger than I expected. The pool was nice. Other than a few nuisances with doors and the TV having glitches, it was a great stay. The location is unbeatable with walks to the beach where we snorkeled every day and great restaurants. The response to our door issues was immediate and resolved quickly.

This was the best vacation or at least one of the best. Our children loved the pool and the beach is beautiful and steps away. The villa I located near a children’s park and great restaurants. This place is a deal.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property and we can’t wait to come back. The location is in walking distance from beach, bars and restaurants. The townhouse was very clean and plenty of room for all of us. The private heated pool was a plus !!

The place is really superb and clean. The pool is also very nice and the backyard offers a natural palm tree shade ideal for the morning coffee! The villa manager was also very quick at addressing minor concerns we had. They really want us to enjoy our stay. We really had a good time there!

By The Sea Vacation Villas was fantastic. Great house with a really nice private pool and patio. The property was spacious, clean, and had a great staff to work with who manage the house. A special thanks to Tanya who was our property manager. She was fantastic, quick to respond to any questions we had and was very helpful. We will definitely be back. By the sea vacation villas is a great choice and is an excellent location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, playground for kids, and the grocery store. Highly recommend this property.

Amazing. Very clean. Walked to beach. Lots of shops and restaurants. Away from the spring break hustle and crowds. Easy Uber if you want to experience that.

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Villa Grenada 32 in February 2022. We found it to be a very clean, spacious, and well-appointed, 4-bedroom townhouse. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a convenient location to the beach (5-minute walk), great restaurants, and shops. The first floor area is well-designed and comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed with many, lovely appliances and plentiful kitchenware. The private backyard and in-ground pool were certainly a big plus. The bathroom and beach towels were new and plentiful. We used the second floor master bedroom and the king bed/mattress was very comfortable, and the linens were very soft. The master bathroom was spacious and clean with lovely toiletries. No air conditioning was very efficient and cool. The 2-car garage was roomy and included a beach cart and many nice beach accessories. Tanya and the BTSVV staff were very helpful and accommodating before, during, and after our vacation. We would highly recommend this property and realty company.

This house well-accommodated our group. Nice location within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. One of the best features is the quick response with assistance from the property manager.

Great house in a great location seemingly very well managed. Leave your car and walk everywhere! Large bedrooms and comfy beds - phew! However, since it is a 4 bedroom house, beware that the living room is small with minimal seating. Not really comfortable for more than 4 people to hang out in.

Everything about this house was as advertised. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was clean and well maintained. We’d love to stay again!

My husband, 18 year old daughter, 3 year old son, 2 year old daughter and I flew in from Texas, and my in-laws and grandmother-in-law flew in from Connecticut as a sort of family reunion. This property was absolutely perfect! Just enough bedrooms for us all! The house itself was clean, well maintained and beautiful. The pool was so nice and kept us all entertained while we were not at the beach. The large kitchen was wonderful for meal prep. I would definitely stay here again!

As advertised. If I had to say anything negative, I wish the elevator worked because I had old and out of shape people on the third floor but... That's on me. Would have enjoyed the pool being heated but according to the renter book, temperature outside needed to be under 75 for them to do that. But VERY NICE and quiet! Didn't hear my family at all...snoring..ect. Excellent place. Great location

We spent a week here with our adult kids and 1 grand-baby. Everything was great! Highly recommend! I ordered a Pack N Play for the baby. When we got it out, it wasn't working correctly. I sent a text and within 30 minutes, they had a new one delivered to the house. I was very impressed. We enjoyed everything about this house from the pool to the beautiful kitchen to the magnificent master bedroom!!

We loved the house. Perfect and everyone had bedroom and bathroom. Nice walk to town. Not too far to beach.

Highly recommend for larger families. Loved that every bedroom had a patio. Wish the patio had chairs on it tho. Area in general is a little dangerous for toddlers with the speeding cars all around but it was really nice to have the playground across the street.
