Loved the comfort of home feel. Beautiful home . The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing.

Pretty house, good location, large shower in master bathroom, beds are comfy, house is very clean, staff is accommodating, items that were supplied for us were very helpful and there’s a ton of pool toys for the kids.

* Almost all remotes for ceiling fans had dead batteries * outlets in bedroom by dining area do not work all at the same time, even with all wall switches turned on * spa jets/heater would not turn on * couldn’t find a broom, so couldn’t clean up kitchen well * some light switches don’t control what they say they do * side of the house with the extra bedrooms is much hotter than master bedroom side, air doesn’t circulate well over there * there is some sort of animal that crawls around in the wall/ceiling of the master bedroom that makes noise at night * lawn mower crew did not announce themselves, they just came right into the back yard which scared us as we were out there and weren’t expecting company. * in the future would be good to warn people they will not have access to the garage so they plan better for getting in and out of the rain. We didn’t have an umbrella and had to unload our entire van in the rain.

It was very clean, just right for our small family get together.f

The one sliding door was broke when we arrived. Had a hard time with the TVs in the bedrooms.
