The outside appearance and the location looked like any other Hampton - we have used many in the past. Once you got inside the property - it was chaotic to say the least. None of which was disclosed by Booking.com during reservation process.

The hotel was under renovation which was not disclosed by booking.com when we made a 3 night reservation. We left after first night as the construction noise went from 8 am to 7 pm. The hotel/booking.com charged us for three nights and refuses to give us a refund for the last 2 nights we did not stay there. My 75 year old husband is a survivor of 2 volunteer tours in Viet Nam. He has severe issues with noise. We would NEVER have booked this property knowing the conditions prior to. Will NEVER use booking.com as no transparency about issue at time of booking and now fuse to work with us.

The location was good for us as we were visiting family and the hotel was nearby. The breakfast was pretty good and everything was clean

The price was pretty ridiculous. Over $300 per night is just unreasonable, although I realize everyone jacked up their rates due to the hurricane

the hotel is in a good location, on a quieter street but a block from a main thoroughfare. The breakfast room is very clean as was the hotel room. the room had a mini fridge and microwave.

The room needed upgrading. i think some of the rooms were in the process of upgrading. Our mattress was older, the bathroom was a little shabby. the fridge made a noise like the echoey pinging of a submarine. the walls could be thicker.

Friendly staff, comfy beds. Stayed for only 1 night, everything satisfactory.

Honestly nothing. This was our second time staying there. We travel to Cape Coral every year to visit my sister, and this is our hotel choice for our visit.
