The house was cozy, well-furnished, and clean. My kids especially enjoyed going out to the dock and looking at the stars and the sunset. We loved it!

Was very impressed. We got there in the dark and was very pleased that the lights were on for us. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed

Wonderful location. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to great nearby wineries, and to all the shopping and restaurants in Geneva. The house is well-appointed and cozy. The big-screen TV is perfect, and the wifi signal is great for streaming entertainment. We loved this house and will look for it again on future trips up to Seneca Lake!

Great place, clean, and perfect location.

Very peaceful, location was great, when you walked in to the cottage you felt welcomed and comfortable. Had my morning coffee on the back deck enjoying the sound of the waves . Would recommend it to anyone

The cottage is located right next to Seneca lake and you can see it from the living room. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect as well. We loved our stay and would love to come back again.

Beautiful location and clean comfortable home.

It was very clean, including the hot tub. The view was beautiful and the location was great, right in the middle of so many wineries. Would definitely stay again. I had no need to communicate with the property manager.

The cottage is quaint and cozy. The outdoor areas were prefect. Nice hot tub, deck, and dock area. Only one roll of TP. I knew this going in but at this price I shouldn’t have to worry about toilet paper. Otherwise nice location. Oh it was trash day and I received a text to put the trash out by the road. It was not a question. Just said I needed to. It would have been nice to be asked to do them a favor.

The house is in a great spot. Easy access to the surrounding towns. It was so nice to jump in the lake and/or get a reset in the hot tub. The house was comfortable for our group.

A very enjoyable stay. Property is in a good location - midway between Geneva and Watkins Glen. Many nearby parks, wineries and breweries.

Pros: Nice location with view. Comfortable beds. Cons: AC only in living/dining room. Very noisy. Bathroom door doesn't stay closed. Lots of rules sent a week before rental date which were not mentioned in the listing.

We have stayed at many VRBOs and so have a sort of internal checklist of things we look for- this cottage hit more marks than any place we have stayed. The home is in a beautiful and quiet location, it was spotlessly clean ( including all appliances) , and had so many touches geared toward comfort and relaxation. Beautiful cosy bedding, suitcase racks, fans in each room, plentiful soft towels for bath kitchen and hot tub, large deck, very nice grill and excellent lake view. Plenty of food options within a short distance and beautiful wineries including one a walk up the road. We plan to return!

Everything was very clean and neat. Cottage was as described. Very nice deck with beautiful view! Management was very helpful with any questions we had. Would stay there again.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the cottage on the lake. It was central to all the Finger Lakes. It was great to soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Very clean & easy to check in/out.

Spent the weekend touring Seneca and Keuka lake wineries, and this location was perfect. Comfortable home, lake view was beautiful, hot tub was an added bonus. On the short list of places to stay when we return.

The cottaged was staged beautifully.! We were quite impressed with it, it was very cozy. The location made it easy to get to the wineries and other towns as desired. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and there were plenty of towels provided for our use. It was the weekend getaway that we needed! How lovely to wake up and start your morning on the deck with the lake to greet you ... and to end your day in the hot tub with the view of the lake. There isn't much separation or soundproofing between the bedrooms though so we had to whisper at bedtime so as not to disturb the other couple that was with us. Overall though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is also very responsive to questions and was very welcoming. Our first time using vrbo and it was a very good experience. We hope to come back again. Thanks so much for everything!

The location of the cabin was very convenient to a good amount of wineries. We visited 9 and didn’t have to drive any further than maybe 20 minutes, many of them were within a 5 minute drive. The cabin is on the lake, the hot tub is awesome! The cabin was cozy and made us feel right at home, even our dog was so relaxed there. it was staged beautifully when we arrived, and there were towels for the hot tub, plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen towels, and the kitchen had pots, pans, toaster, everything we could need. FYI… coffee maker is for regular coffee not a Keurig. Not that it matters but that was the only bit of information that I couldn’t find anywhere before we went so I didn’t know which kind of coffee to pack, lol.

The place is close to many wineries. The living room has a beautiful view of the lake . It was a chilly couple of days when we were there , so the hot tub was perfect.

The house was super clean upon check in, accurately described, and perfectly situated. Having the hot tub was such a nice addition to the stay :) Super easy to get to the town of Penn Yan, only 10-15 mins away, for grocery store, gas, restaurants, etc. Also only a 10 min drive to Keuka Outlet Trail for some easy scenic hiking with nice waterfalls. And of course right in the heart of FLX wine country!

The cottage was small but clean with fully functional kitchen and served our purposes well.

Romantic weekend getaway

Anthony Road is one of our favorite wineries so having a property that was less than a minute drive away was amazing. You could get to Geneva or Penn Yan in around 15 minutes so it was a really nice central location. Property was great, absolutely loved the hot tub! Nothing bad to say

Great Stay!

We stayed 3 nights. The cottage was staged when we arrived and was very welcoming. Easy access to the wine trail both north and south. The hot tub was nice, too. We had a great weekend and would stay here again.

The cottage was a perfect spot for my husband and I to get away for a few days. The view and quietness was a nice change of pace.

Great location, great views. Very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Not to be too critical but if cooking/eating there, bring everything in terms of ingredients. There’s absolutely nothing there - no coffee, nothing in the fridge (not hot sauce, ketchup, etc), no cooking oil, etc. We brought everything luckily but if you arrive late at night and expect coffee in the morning, you’re either bringing it or driving to Penn Yan/Geneva.

Great location, within 30 minutes of so many wineries and has a beautiful lake view! The house was perfect for 2 couples, it would be a bit too small for more than 4 adults. We relaxed in the hot tub every night!

We really enjoyed our trip to Seneca lake The cottage was in excellent condition, very well kept. We did have some Miscommunication with the owner about our dogs, but I think we got that taken care of, I hope, My only wish would be that the yard was completely fenced in, but other than that , we truly had a great time , honestly can’t wait to go back, hopefully in summer time so we can more enjoy the lake.
