Yellow water coming out of the faucet in the tub, and sink.. when I informed management I was told to run the water until it is clear.

The staff was not pleasant and didn’t take my concerns into consideration

The staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent, the SpringHill Suite was extremely clean and it is centrally located around shopping centers and restaurants.

The pool is just too small.

When you book on a different site they treat you differently. No soap in shower. First time this has happened

The breakfast was nice. The staff was amazing. The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were super comfortable. We will be staying again, whenever we are in Gulfport.

No complaints. I wished we would have gotten conjoined rooms, but our rooms were still pretty close near our teenage girls. The front desk attendant did a wonderful job getting us near each other.

It was great very clean and provided enough clean and good smelling towels for me and my family. Jasmine was very helpful and friendly her personality make you welcome and want to return. Breakfast was good and the ladies were great
