It's a nice sized condo with a full kitchen, for essentially the same price as a hotel would cost. Proximity to the beach was great, just a short walk. It's in a quiet neighborhood and close to stores/restaurants.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. There is only one tv in the entire condo, and it's dated. I would have really liked a tv in the bedroom as well. There is no patio furniture on the main floor, an outside table and grill would be a fantastic addition. Bring your own cooking utensils become the ones that are provided are small and you can't really cook much with them. There is limited furniture in the living room and no lamps in the entire condo, so it was either have the overhead light on, or completely dark.

The condo is very spacious, just the right size for a vacation rental. It is literally 5 mins from the beach. You can actually see the sea when you walk out the front door and look to your right. Very quite neighborhood and all stores are in a very good distance. Definitely keeping this save as a option every time, I come back home to visit family. I actually extended our stay for an extra 2 nights, and getting in contact with the property manager was not hard at all and she was very helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

It was quiet. Not a bad location.

Living room furniture seem old/dated. Needed more than one TV.

The property owner was gracious in allowing us to check in a few hours early due to inclement weather.

Air B&B Notes 7225 Fortenier-Good that we were allowed to check in early due to weather. Layout of living room and kitchen was good. General interior layout is decent. Wi-fi a plus. Improvements needed. 1. Blinds in kitchen area non existent. No privacy. Blinds in master bedroom dated, cracked/damaged. 2. Bedding & sheets aged. Due to appearance of bedding, did not feel comfortable sleeping in master suite. So I slept on the downstairs sofa. Refrigerator cleared out but not cleaned. 3. Bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly. For instance the tub has a clear buildup of dirt on the top. Ventilation in bathrooms not good. Dirt/grind buildup in exhaust vents visually apparent. 4. Inappropriate to ask a client to assist in getting batteries for remote control from store. 5. Pics showing downstairs exposed sliding glass doors should be disclosed. When someone is deciding on a housing choice, they’re feeling of safety should not be in question. Essentially the first floor lacked privacy which was very unsettling. 6. No bags in bathroom waste baskets. 7. No decor outside the premises-neither in the front or the back. 8. Only one television in the entire condo.

The beach and city of Gulfport where great ,, not where we slept!

The actual condo wasnt bad! But it was roaches and ants on the inside and outside of the condo we couldn't use the outside patio because the neighbors were so nasty ,, trash , old washing machine sitting out ... Just a terrible set up for people to be spending that much money!! On top of that the bedrooms had no televisions in neither!! Everytime we left somebody always took the two parking spaces provided for us! My wife and kids were pissed off! We felt like we were rob we went through 2 cans of raid the ants crawling all over kitchen countertops roaches just everywhere dont rent this condo ! Please keep looking pics are click bait!
