Great attention to cleanliness and detail. It was nice to be able to park in a garage. Very happy to also see a Kureg as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were the most comfortable we've experienced away from home. Someone even put the garbage bins out front for us on garbage day. We would highly recommend this property.

The house was great for our stay! The rooms and bathrooms accommodated our families well. We had 2 families of 4 adults and 6 kids. Having the pool across the street was awesome. We visited Zion National Park and Kanarra Falls and had a great time. The house was stocked with what we needed. Thank you!

We shared this space with my brother in-law's family and it was the perfect space for our two young families. The upstairs living space gave a place for the kiddos to be loud boys and allow the adults to keep our sanity downstairs. A bathroom for every bedroom was a true luxury; I'll struggle staycationing any other way from here on. The pool was literally across the street and it was surprisingly warm! We had cold weather during our stay but it honestly didn't matter with such a great space to stay. I cannot wait to come back and will definitely book this again for our next southern Utah adventure.

Very nice spacious clean home. Lots of space and extra bathrooms were much appreciated. The area is new so area not crowded but also not much within walking distance. Also the pool and hot tub were extremely crowded but that was probably a holiday weekend thing.

My wife and I stayed here with our kids, ranging in age from 1 to 14. It was just great. The property had everything we needed, and the pool was exceptionally conveniently located. Also, it’s very close to the highway so it was easy to jump on and visit all the things we wanted to see in the area.

Great layout and space for one or two families. Two living spaces to kick back and watch movies, a large dining table, a nice sized kitchen for entertaining, and a nice patio table area.
The cell phone coverage in the house was spotty and the internet was a little slow, but other than that it was a great getaway spot.

This place was great for our blended group. The fact that all rooms have an attached bathroom is awesome- plenty of privacy! The kids enjoyed the foosball table and year round pool. The kitchen was very well equipped, and allowed us to cook 100% of our meals at home. Super easy access to the freeway, and only about 5 minutes to the grocery store. Zion Park was a short 30 minute drive, and throw a rock in any direction and you’ll hit a great golf course. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in the St. George area!

Viva Casita is fantastic. The house is large and welcoming, decor is top notch, very new, clean, and well maintained. Clear instructions posted throughout the house and fantastic communication. The location is also very nice being about 5 minutes from I-15 and 15 minutes to anyplace in St. George. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked great!

Viva Casita is fantastic. The house is large and welcoming, decor is top notch, very new, clean, and well maintained. Clear instructions posted throughout the house and fantastic communication. The location is also very nice being about 5 minutes from I-15 and 15 minutes to anyplace in St. George. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it looked great!

The home was super clean and well appointed with all that you will need for a great vacation stay. The home is close to many hiking trails, about an hour from Zion, less than 2 hours from Bryce. Also, the ride to each of these places make for some incredible sight seeing opportunities.
The entire booking and check in process were super easy, the property owners were super communicative.

Overall this was a good and fun experience for my and my sister’s small families. Total of 9 of us and there was plenty of room, great backyard space and the kids absolutely loved the pool! The extra TV room with game table upstairs was a life saver with kids all under 12.

Great view out back door. We are breakfast and dinner outside.
Kitchen has everything. Master bedroom has its own washer and dyer. Upstairs is perfect for teenagers.

Amazing place to stay
We booked this trip with two BMX families for a weekend of racing and relaxation. This home was everything I hoped it would be and more. Lots of space for us all to enjoy. The pool is just steps away there was even plenty of pool toys in the garage for the kids to use. Looking forward to our next trip!

We had a good time staying at this property. We loved that there was plenty of room for everyone, and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was a huge bonus. We also liked the close proximity to the pool and area activities such as bike trails, hiking, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay ! had a plugged water pipe in one bathroom and we added a coffee maker to the house. Great place for a large group good location too. Will stay here again.
