Property was beautifully finished and had everything we needed. Hosts were helpful and made everything clear for us.

Nothing. Only slight feedback was we didn’t realise the second bedroom was a duplex / internal room without walls so you could hear from each bedroom. Not an issue for us but something to consider depending on travel group

Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Livraria Lello, der Igreja do Carmen und dem Torre de Clerigos. Rings um die Wohnung gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants. Die Wohnung selbst ist super schön und modern eingerichtet. Auch der Support während unserer Aufenthaltes war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Allerdings war die Wohnung etwas runtergekommen - die Küchenschränke waren recht abgenutzt und das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war undicht, so dass die Stelle um das Waschbecken herum ständig feucht war und sich kleine Tierchen auf dem Schrank des Waschbeckens ansammelten, die wohl von der Feuchtigkeit entstanden sind. Die Wohnung roch etwas muffig, allerdings regnete es auch viel, als wir da waren. Es gibt keine Fenster in der Wohnung; nur zwei Türen, die vom Wohnzimmer und der Küche aus auf die Terrasse bzw. den Innenhof führen. Mit alldem hätten wir aber gut leben können, wenn die Wohnung nicht direkt an eine Bar gegrenzt hätte, in der an 3 von 4 Nächten (Fr - So) laute, basslastige Musik gespielt wurde von ca. 22 Uhr abends bis 4 Uhr nachts. Ohne Ohrstöpsel war an Schlaf leider nicht zu denken. Zusätzlich ist die Wohnung super hellhörig und man bekommt jede Person mit, die abends im Hausflur nach Hause kommt. Es wäre sehr hilfreich, in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft zu erwähnen, dass die Wohnung sich mitten Partyviertel befindet. Dann kann man selbst entscheiden, ob die Unterkunft das richtige ist. An sich eine schöne Unterkunft, aber wir würden beim nächsten Mal eine ruhigere Gegend auswählen.

This place is one giant studio with 2 separate "sleeping areas" and only one of them has a sliding door which does not even close properly so you can hear everything going on in the bathroom next to it. The other sleeping area is on mezzanine level above living space with no door, wall or separation at all. The space offers no privacy and it is not appropriate for 2 work colleagues.

Location. Access. It would suit a couple.

Only 1 bathroom. Noisy- you could hear everyone else moving in the building. Needs some sort of curtain or blinds- large window and outside light.

good size and fairly close to tourist attractions

the NOISE!! there is an outdoor club/bar a few blocks away and they played very loud music 4 of the nights we were there until 4 am. even with earplugs you could still hear it and feel the bass vibrations. not the host’s fault but I would not stay here again just because of that

sounds like there’s a night club on the same block that plays loud music throughout the night. bring earplugs and you’ll be fine.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and includes a private patio. It Is located in the heart of Porto.

The location was excellent. Apartment was well stocked with extra amenities ( coffee, tea, sugar, etc) that were appreciated, a bottle of Port was enjoyed .

The main seating area had a very small sofa( similar to a double lounge chair )that was highly uncomfortable for relaxing in the evening.
