The unit was clean and met our needs. Right on the ocean which was beautiful!! We didn’t like the patio arrangement. The guests in Unit 2 spent every night until 10 pm using their firepit, which was right next to ours, drinking and swearing. We had small children, so that really didn’t work for us to share it with them.

The property is beautiful and just as described. We hung out on the patio with the fire pit the majority of the time, which was perfect. Would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The boardwalk is the best place to stay when in the area and this setup is top notch to relax and enjoy the stay. The bedrooms were roomy and plenty of space to unwind if needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and having a two car garage was so convenient with the limited parking in the area of PB.

This property is great, with the highlight being the large patio right on the boardwalk. Great people watching! Bedrooms were spacious, plenty of room for our 8 person group. It's also a 2 min walk from a local market which made it super convenient for last minute items. The garage was plenty large for our two SUVs, which made parking a breeze. Just a great overall property.

Without a doubt the nicest place we have stayed and we do VRBO one to two times a year. The rental was perfect for all our needs. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and the location right on the beach was simply amazing. We couldn’t ask for anything more. We had 8 in our party and it felt very spacious. Everyone had a blast and were blown away with this property. Thank you!!!!!

Great place, great location! Property managers very nice and communicative. Could use some items in the kitchen. We had to buy a large pot, bigger bowls for serving salad,. Lacking measuring cups. Blender was broken. Can opener didn’t work. But the staff was great. They brought us a blender and a new can opener.

We enjoyed this property with our two young children because it was directly on the beach and because there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to just park the car and then spend our time in the sand or walking for food or sundries instead of having to drive everywhere to do anything. The property was clean and well-laid out and the outside fire pit was fun.

Our family went to help our daughter move from Del Mar to Crown Point. The property is in a great location with incredible views and access to the beach. The interior of the home is both attractive and comfortable. There is plenty of space for a large family, the kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to prepare meals, the bedrooms are comfortable and the outdoor patio is amazing! We hope to return to the same property for a visit again.

The location and property was just what we wanted. Problem was there was running water the management knew about, but did not disclose. This caused family members having to deal with running water noise for 2 nights. Management sentva plumber 2 days in a row and fixed the problem for the last night of our stay. Then the master bedroom toilet stopped working. Management offered a financial reimbursement for the issues. I was told I would get confirmation by Monday, but never did. They were no afraid to interrupt my trip with asking for access for the plumber and making sure there were not any issues for the next renters. We loved the location, but will definitely rent from a different management company due to the experience.

Amazing location, super attentive managers, beautiful experience!

There were 8 of us that stayed in this condo for 5 nights. The location was right on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Great for people watching. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, knives, plates and glasses. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was definitely big enough to accommodate such a big group. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative things I would say are that the fireplace in the living room didn’t work and the bbq grill would only heat up to 160 degrees. Not hot enough to cook. I told Bluewater Vacation Rentals about this but they wouldn’t send someone out to fix the items. The other things I will mention are the counter was not clean when we arrived and the floors need a good cleaning. If you didn’t wear shoes around the house the bottom of your feet would turn black. There were no rugs/mats by the doors to wipe your feet off before you came in the home so the floor got very dirty during our stay. Lastly, Bluewater did not provide Kleenex in all the bathrooms and we ran out of TP. When I called to get more they said it wasn't their problem. You would think when you’re paying so much for a place that they could provide you with enough TP for your stay. Anyway, it was a really nice condo and we couldn’t have had a better location.

Couldn't have asked for more. Everything from the property, the proximity to shops/restaurants/beach, the customer service, the ease of check in was perfect. Would HIGHLY recommend this vacation home and Bluewater!!!

The property is very nice and well taken care. We had a group of 9 (6 adults and 3 children) and everyone had plenty of room to spread our downstairs or go upstairs to use one of the balconies for some away time. The only suggestion I would have is more seating along the front of the property, it stays shading longer there.

The house was exactly as shown and fully equipped. We all loved the beach and the fire pit. Very relaxing.

Would give five stars if fireplace inside were working. Cold weather in March was one of the reasons we looked for a property with fire pit outside and fireplace inside(for rainy days). Guests above had small children running and moved furniture around which was often quite loud. All other aspects were better than any other stay on Mission we’ve experienced. Views, beds, privacy, kitchen and bathrooms all really great. Living room and dining great for our family of nine (three adult kids, spouses and grandkids) to all hang out together very comfortably. Garage spaces great for two cars with sand toys and chairs provided. Fire pit area is the best and enjoyed many hours just relaxing and loving the ocean view and people going by. Will definitely rent here again for our next visit. Thank you so much for a fantastic vacation.

We loved this place! 3rd time on mission beach, this time for a business training in town & - this house is phenominal. We had plenty of space to cook and sit by the fire in multiple locations. We will be back either for business or family.

We had a great stay! This property was an excellent fit for our family with 4 bedrooms and a large kitchen. We were able to walk out our front door to the beach within steps, which was perfect for our 2-year old daughter. We also enjoyed the outdoor lounge area and fire pit - was the perfect place to people-watch on the boardwalk. We would definitely return.

We are Labor Day regulars. Eight adults and the place never feels too small. Very clean, updated and the location is perfect! Honestly, this place is maintained like new. Absolutely excited for the new patio configuration that will give each house it's own fire pit!

Great location, updated interior with nice finishes. Spacious and plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Well equipped. The air conditioning was great. Very quiet inside at night even with the occasional boisterous group on the boardwalk late night (especially on the weekend). Very well thought out space and design for a beach front home. Very convenient to shopping, Crystal Pier, and eateries (nice walking distance), but far enough away from the pier and the south end of the end of the beach to feel private and secluded.

This was by far the most wonderful home we have ever rented! The outdoor sitting area looking out to the ocean, the beautiful kitchen, the right amount of space for everyone! I will definitely be back! I would move in permanently if I could!

Have been renting these for years. Variety of sleeping arrangements, modern, famous Mission Beach boardwalk and beach right out your front door. Boogie boards, toys, beach towels, fire pit, barbecues all provided. 2- car garage each plus side parking for Ocean Front North 1 & 2. Shops, cafes, amusement park, and the largest pizza you've ever seen at Luigi's all within walking distance. Good waves for young and old, water a little cold (but kids don't care), and great sand for castle building. Bluewater Vacation Rentals and our representative excellent to work with and offered many suggestions and discounts to local shops. Owners did it right!

Beautiful oceanside house located in the heart of Mission Beach. Well maintained and excellent customer service. Bonus of having a two-car side-by-side garage big enough for a SUV and a sedan! Perfect for a family getaway.

The Bluewater Ocean Front property was just as it was described online and we loved every bit of it. The best part was sitting outside on the comfy couches around the firepit. It was a bit chilly and cloudy so the firepit came in handy. We also loved how close it was to the ocean and we could see the kids surfing while we had a few cocktails on the patio. The people watching was fascinating and the proximity to all kinds of cool shops and restaurants really added to our stay. The management were very responsive and accommodating. Our only complaint would be we didn't have any of the basic spices or oil. Having salt and pepper and maybe an extra package of toilet paper would have really been beneficial! Overall it was a very relaxing vacation and we would recommend this condo to others.
