Great property on the beach. We had a great time and the condo was well appointed, clean and the views are fantastic. Will definitely go back again.

Great place and location.

The size of this condo was fantastic. Our two kids had separate rooms and plenty of space to play and take breaks from each other at night. Washer and dryer were very quiet, which was helpful since our 3 & 4 year old were ready for bed around 7 each night! The balcony door wouldn’t lock, which caused major anxiety being on the 6th floor with young kids. We were assured it was getting fixed, so I have no doubt it will be.

A little pricey, but overall the stay worked out fine. It was clean and roomy. I must have misunderstood that there was a bed in the room with the bunk beds, because there wasn’t. Enjoyed the pools and proximity to the beach.

The condo was perfect for adults and kids. Great location. Property managers were great to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again.

This place was even more than i expected. Location was great for our family, beach Front with easy access and pools to enjoy. This penthouse was the best condo in the building for its view and size. Will come back.

We loved this property so much, great location and beach access. The pool was a winner when the wind was blowing cold at the beach. Everything was easily accessible and we will totally rebook this exact trip all over again. We are planning on a summer trip now. The ice machine was a nice addition and pleasant surprise since there was no ice in the ice machine upon arrival, I assume due to Covid cleanliness, etc. Over all, just a great family trip! The kids loved every minute of it and that's what counts the most.

Beautiful condo had no issues. Love the thoughtfulness of the owners to have welcome donuts and for sending a locals guide for food. We stay clear of chains and always opt for local food so the guide was wonderful.

One of the pools was already heated on the first weekend of October, which was nice for when we tired of the sand. The property owners communicated very well, though I'm happy to say we didn't really have any problems to communicate.

Location was great, beautiful beach view from the 6th floor, excellent pool area and short walk to the beach.

This was by far the worst vacation experience my family and I have ever had and we take 4 or more nice vacations a year. If you like the idea of having a window or door open to enjoy the sound of the ocean forget it. They have a monitor for the AC settings and humidity and know when the doors are open. I received an angry call from the owner that my door had been open for 5 minutes and the AC was set to 71 degrees letting me know they watched from outside to see how long my door was open. He said if it happened again I would be evicted and I was repeatedly harassed with texts. I felt like I had to contact VRBO because of the threats. They acted like it was inconceivable that someone would ever open a door and have the AC on and referred me to their welcome packet which, to be honest, I never opened. In there there are paragraphs devoted to not leaving the doors open and they sat they have had a problem with it with prior guests. Apparently I wasn’t the first, who knew? One thing I did know was that in the contract I signed I signed it didn’t say anything about making sure you didn’t leave the door open for 5 minutes with the AC on. Additionally the carpet severely needs replaced and it could really use a good painting too. The view is nice, but probably identical to hundreds of thousands of other condos or hotel rooms long that part of the coast. The area around the condo leaves MUCH to be desired as well.

The property manager was very attentive and answered promptly to any questions I had at any time of the day! The condo and the view was very beautiful! We made the most of our time there and relaxed to the fullest despite being looked at awkwardly by the other families there, maybe because we were one of the only hispanic groups there. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

This location is right on the beach with the perfect ocean-front view from the master, living room and balcony. The beach is at your doorstep and so are various restaurants and other venues. The swimming pool was also right on our way to the beach and perfect foe a last-minute dip before going back to the condo. The condo is spacious and well-kept. We had 5 adults and a teenager and had more than enough room. Don’t forget to look in the closet for movies, games and wave boards. We left our travel cooler and a wave board for the next occupant to enjoy, as our car was too full to carry. The kitchen has everything you need, but don’t forget condiments. Consider bringing your own small container of detergent to wash your wets clothes before going home, as the condo has a washer and dryer. We enjoyed our Water’s Edge condo. The view from the balcony was great! The condo was very clean and the pool was huge! The owners were very quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay.

This rental was spacious, clean and beautiful. I couldn’t ask for more.

It was: very spacious and clean, awesome view to the beach, perfectly equipped with everything, close to beach, beach umbrellas and chairs included, free wifi, free parking in parking garage, elevator close to entrance.

We really enjoyed this condo. Beautiful location and beach front. Only issue was the week was super busy (Fall Break) and the man doing the beach chair set up was overwhelmed and at times rude. Several days we waited 10-15 minutes for set up. My mom is handicapped and my request for set up near the ramp was never met..

From the time I booked this condo to the time we left everything was perfect. The location is perfect we were right on the beach and close enough to walk everywhere. We had a couple of questions when we got here and we were answered right away. We will definitely be back and we hope to stay in the same place. Thank you!!

Great gulf-front property with spectacular views. This sixth-floor condo worked well for four adults and six kids giving us plenty of space. The owners gave us a ton of information and were very attentive before, during and after our stay. Although the property is supposed to be smoke-free, several people were smoking on the balconies and around the pool area, which was disappointing. The condo itself was a bit dated but clean overall with the exception of some dusty artificial plants and ceiling fans. Based on the beautiful gulf view alone, I would recommend this property.

We had a short but enjoyable stay. I wish we could’ve been there for longer! The condo was beautiful and the location was superb. The owners were great to work with!

The Waters Edge penthouse 616 is a really nice 3 bedroom unit on the top floor of the building overlooking the ocean and swimming pool. I would highly recommend this property and it is very spacious and was sparkling clean when we arrived. Maintenance employees are very hard working and keep everything cleaned up and things working. I have been to other resorts and this is a step above the others.

We had a fantastic time despite the rainy weather! The accommodations were exactly as described and had everything we needed! It was very clean and well kept! We wanted for nothing! The communications we received from Easy Vacation Services were extremely helpful and check in/out were a breeze! They had a list of local recommendations that made deciding where to dine easy too!
