Beautiful cabin!

The cabin is set up to feel like you are coming home after a day of adventure. The place invokes the feeling of slow down, no schedules here, just relax.

This place is stunning to say the least. Julie really thought about everything! From the landscaping, the decor, the board games and books, to the rustic-ness of this cabin, it is absolutely perfect!! It is located in a quiet and cozy corner of a beautiful wooded area. If you are looking to escape from the busy city life, I suggest you visit this place!

Awesome property! Super easy check in/out & everything you could need was provided. Location is also great, easy to get downtown or to grocery store in 10-15 minutes. The cabin was a little warm during the day but that wasn't unexpected as the cabin is old plus it is insanely hot outside. It did cool down enough to sleep at night plus there were small fans sitting around that helped. Also the two beds seemed a little small but we are used to a king so that's probably why. There were only 2 of us staying anyhow so we each took one bed and it worked out just fine.

Talk a walk back in time. Super comfortable, well decorated to the point you will keep finding little treasures throughout your stay. Great place to stay! Close to the lake. You will not regret staying here. ❤️

The cabin is adorable, loved the front sitting porch most of all ! The only downfall is The Wi-Fi & phone service is not great , which isn’t a real problem except we had a storm & had no communication or news . Thank you for sharing your cabin with us 💗

Looking for a quietvget away. This is your place. Just a 10 minute ride to town.

The minute we walked in we knew the right choice was made. TV and Wifi were ok at best but that turned out to be the best part of the trip. My wife and I have been married for 20 plus years and so imagine our surprise that we sat and talked till midnight two nights in a row. I played guitar and my wife sang. This place gave us such a recharge in our relationship. Life stresses are hard, but this place allowed us to truly disconnect from the world and remember why we feel in love and got married. We will be back but no kids. We have decided that this will be our place to escape to alone. Book it! you will be so glad you did.

Great little cabin. I spent an hour walking around and discovering all the things it had to offer! Better than pictures. Beds are comfortable and the front porch was the perfect spot to hang out. Location was close to everything but never saw another person around in 3 days there! Was a little sad the fire pit wasn’t ready. Great weekend for it.

The roads to get to the cabin were a little nerve wracking in the dark and fog when we arrived, but felt peaceful as soon as we walked into the cabin. The check in process couldn’t have been easier. It is adorable and so cozy. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable. The chair choices were on point. I fell asleep in the low profile reclined chair while reading every night. It was a bit of a drive (20ish minutes from the National park) each day, but the location was overall very quiet and somewhat secluded, which was nice! My only suggestions would be to have some body wash or soaps available to guests and update some of the restaurant pamphlets. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider returning if in the area again! Thanks for sharing the cabin with us-it’s a special place!

My husband and I enjoyed the property. Everything was as stated on the website. The property is clean, quaint and cozy.

This property was absolutely beautiful. We were so taken aback by all of the retro interior and had to spend a couple of days to take it all in. It was super clean, and super cool and We had an amazing week and a very amazing property. We definitely recommend And we’re super satisfied with how convenient it was to get to and from the cabin and to the other attractions in Hot Springs.

Sweet well stocked 1920s cabin. Quiet area- lots of birds. Saw a 6 point deer come up while enjoying morning coffee! We stayed warm and snug despite cooler temps!

This stay was exactly what we hoped. A step back in time with just the right amount of modern conveniences. A lovely cottage with great decor nestled into the quiet woods.

Tucked away near a few miles outside Hot Springs the cabin is very true to it’s era (1920’s). Nicely stocked kitchen, clean bathroom. If you cannot climb stairs, the access to the cabin would not be a good choice for you. Grill and fire pit are nice outdoor features. Very quiet as there is no music source and no TV except Netflix. Bed in main bedroom and in the corner of the living room. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes.

Timeless, beautiful and so relaxing. Loved the front porch in the mornings with coffee, and the back yard in the evening with the fire pit, grill and a cold one. Julie was very accommodating . Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

We came to celebrate a birthday. I think the birthday was overshadowed by this wonderful cabin. It was so much better than expected. We had the best time. Adults and 7 year old all loved it. Julie was a phenomenal host. We will definitely be back and have already spread the word with friends.

The description online perfectly matched the cottage. I was a little worried about that since often times pictures tend to embellish space and appearance but that was not the case here. The cottage was even more beautiful than the photos with plenty of room. There is also a loft area with a double bed that is great for teens although I would not recommend booking for the extra sleeping room in the summer months as it’s warm up there. There was also an additional fold away cot available so all in all more than I expected. Location is perfect distance for those who value quiet and privacy and don’t mind a very short drive (6-7 miles). We loved it!

The weather was nice and we spent some time enjoying the porch with the windows pulled up letting in a nice breeze. Neighbors were really nice and helpful. The only issues we had was getting to the property due to repaving the asphalt road. Our checkin was supposed to be at 3:00 but we were not allowed on the road until after 4:00 and I did not have a phone# to call the property manager so that was very frustrating. My email confirmation did not contain a direct contact phone# but that info was provided once I was inside the property. We also had an issue with a dirty sheet cake pan that was stored in the stove. It had been used by a previous guest and had never been washed so the grease was dried and took me over 30 minutes of hard scrubbing to remove before I could use. The internet speed was also a little slow and mobile cell service was spotty. These were minor issues and would not prevent us from returning in the future.
