Our group had a fantastic stay at the house! The property was exactly as listed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfy. Having access to the community pool made the trip, and the screened in porch was great for hanging outside.

This property hit the jackpot. The price is reasonable, the home is in good shape. The kitchen is adequate and the screened in porch is a wonderful bonus, we ate most meals there. The access to the facilities at Margaritaville was wonderful entertainment for ourselves and our local family we visited.

We have stayed at this property before. We love that pets are allowed! We love the screened in porch. The trees were beautiful. The property is close to many good restaurants. The owner is easy to contact. The accommodations were comfortable, and the property was stocked with everything needed.

This house has everything you need including full cable in every room. Close to great restaurants, our group was there for a golf trip and all courses were close as well. All in all a fantastic location.

Very easy to rent and will probably be renting it in the future

Reading reviews, I expected to find property clean , and in very good condition. We found in one bathroom, the stool had a leak around the bottom of the stool. Also, in this bath I discovered hair had been left in the drain. This was also in one other bath. One of the beds had a soiled sheet. Also, was surprised there were not more than two towels in each bath and no wash cloths. We overcame these few things and enjoyed our stay. However, I don't think would choose this location again, unless I was assured items were repaired and felt rooms had really been cleaned

Very nice place to stay. Excellent communication with Tab and extremely comfortable accommodations. Tab was very easy to work with and the house was everything we needed. Very relaxing, great having laundry facilities and very comfortable living room furniture. Very hilly area which definitely was a challenge to get my exercise in, but we loved the pool which was very private during the week. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect for our trip. It had everything we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Place worked great for some of my family getting together. Tad made it easy getting in. Got back to me when I had questions. Had everything we expected when we arrived. Nice with 6 queen beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Kitchen was big enough and plenty of places to sit and eat.

This was our first time in Lake Ozark and we are very happy we rented here! This property is in a great location and was clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. It felt like a much better choice than a hotel and was akin to having our own private vacation home for the duration of our stay. Tab was friendly, professional and very responsive when we sent our booking request. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find no disappointments or anything that was lacking (quite the opposite), and we really appreciated having a good washer/drier, a nice kitchen + 2 patio grills, and other amenities that aren’t always available while on vacation. While this time it was just me, my girlfriend and our dog, this would be an ideal property for a larger party as well (6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms). We plan to return again and cannot recommend this property enough - thanks for a great experience!

We had an awesome time. House was very private, roomy and comfy. Access to local restaurants was super easy and convenient. The pool area was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

The house was very clean & easy to find. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in deck with the good weather that we had. Bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds.

This is a very nice property! It is warm and welcoming in a way that makes you feel right at home. There is a full array of appliances for your use and the kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There is a full bathroom in each bedroom. One bedroom is upstairs and the other 2 are downstairs. The bedroom/bathroom areas are very roomy, about the size of a larger than average motel room, complete with dressers, tables, walk-in closet and TV. Our stay included my wife and I, my son, daughter and son-in-law as well a two grandsons. There was plenty of space for all of us without ever feeling crowded. We could all even sit comfortably at the large dinning room table for our family meals. The family room area was beautiful! There is an enclosed, walk-out deck from the family room as well. It had a table and chairs plus one charcoal grill and a gas grill for your use. Our trip was in mid-January so we really didn't go our there much. (The place seems perfect, it just can't control the outside temps. LOL.) Also a wonderful view of the lake and across from the deck. I would recommend this location to anyone. We have already booked the same week for Jan. 2023 and are looking forward to our next winter family getaway!

This is our seventh trip to this beautiful condo. The host is excellent to communicate with. The condo was clean, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Can’t wait to come back!!!! This is really a 7 star stay!!!!!

Loved the location. We love to sit outside and enjoyed the screened in porch. Very spacious. Bedrooms were huge!

We are 2 couples in our 70's. It was a great place...all the rooms were spacious, bathrooms clean, beds comfortable, kitchen had lots of room to work and even storage in the pantry for our groceries. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was there, even the Keurig for coffee we brought. Three things to let you know...the upstairs patio door wouldn't lock but no one can get up to it anyway... the garbage disposal sounded a little weird, and there need to be a few more dish towels. We used some of the the extra hand towels. I'm sorry about forgetting to start the dishwasher. We loaded it and put soap in but...I got distracted I guess. I also meant to leave a note for the people who clean that I left some brownies in the fridge for them. We did start the load of laundry and emptied the trash. It was a great place to come home to after our days of exploring. It was handy to everything but it took us a few times in and out to get oriented. Remember, we're 70 plus. We enjoy our stay at your home. Everything was as said it would be. We did have some trouble with the door to the deck, it wasn’t working correctly. Also I would recommend upgrading youre mattresses and pillows. I would come again
