The house is way better than the pictures. It’s stunning. The kids absolutely loved it. We were able to kayak and fish and play all day outside by the pier. We cooked and the kitchen was fully equipped. The owner was very easy to get a hold off. We are very happy with our stay.

The house and location were great, boat dock worked perfect. We had everything we needed to make food or had places close to go for food. Host was quick to respond. thank you

Very nice large house located in the middle of everything at the lake. Being next to a restaurant worried me a bit but it was no problem. The driveway to the house is very steep and a sharp turn...probably best for a SUV but there was parking above and plenty of extra parking at the restaurant (pretty sure the owners of the house and restaurant were the same people). Highly recommend the house and the location.

The view was everything. The house is big and has some nice upgrades.

We stayed over New Years : The biggest issue was the lack of response/communication with the host. We spotted issues within the first few hours of being there and I sent over (4) messages through Vrbo in the first few days .We never heard from the host the entire time at their property. The game room issues : What is pictured is 3 video arcade like games. The only game that we could play was the golden Tee game. There was no darts tips for the dart game. The NBA game never worked. The TV in the game room can turn on but that is all. You can’t watch cable or any stations for that matter just a blank blue screen. The idea was to set up the PlayStation we brought but we couldn’t set it up bc the HDMI ports weren’t working. The whole point of why we picked the house was for the game room so our teenagers had a place to hang out and play at the arcade. Also note that the game room is in the garage if it was colder it the kids wouldn’t have been able to be in there at all. The fan in the room is always on bc it’s connected to the light above the pull table. The next biggest issue was no WI-FI! It was stated there was WiFi but that’s not accurate at all. Luckily we had some hotspots with us . All the tvs in general were issues . There is no remote for the main tv . So it wasn’t a smart Tv nor did it have HD capability. We had to set up the tvs and that’s not something I feel we should have to set up. Opening up the drawers in the kitchen we found left over chilis just randomly in the drawer . Which tells me this place isn’t checked very closely after stays. Trash - the very small instructions list stated to put your trash in a ford ranger truck . There was no ford truck. This location would have been impossible to get to if the weather was at all bad. We have a big vehicle but not an AWD we had a very hard time getting back up the hill. Which we ended up leaving the car up top. But if it was icy we wouldn’t have been able to get into the house at all with the location of this house. Overall we all agreed for the price and the lack of any communication we wouldn’t stay there again. It was extremely frustrating to not have any communication when we started to see issues . We go to the lake every new years and decided to splurge and was disappointed. The only saving grace was the view in the main room . It was very beautiful and it was what the pictures showed for the view.

What a fun property! Spacious rooms, great kitchen, lots of entertainment and awesome fishing off the dock. Hope to stay here again during the summer to enjoy the Bar & Grill. Thanks so-o-o much.

Great spot for a long weekend getaway! Great view with the beautiful sunrise. Porch was a little buggy but overall the place was great!

The property is located in a great central location to view some amazing sunrises. I would say if you plan to bring a large boat, there isn’t much room to put a trailer when the restaurant is busy. Bring several fenders and lines to tie up the boat as the boat wake is no joke. Parking for vehicles is tight with the restaurant truck and the steep driveway. We all had a great time.

This lake house was perfect for our family vacation. The check in process was easy and quick. The house was gorgeous and very clean. Everything was provided that we needed. Our family of four had an awesome time jumping off the well-maintained dock. Paradise Bar next door had great food and fun, live music. Our family made memories for a lifetime. We would definitely travel here again.

Lots of updates make this place even better than before!

We had trouble finding the place with the provided address, only apple maps was directing to correct address and google maps was showing some place else. The place was big, good for sunrise. We enjoyed staying with friends. But needs cleaning. There was a lot of dust, dirty towels, the kitchen wear is also dusty. It was pretty cold in the main bedroom and hall and the top floor is okay. Needs more comforters. The sauna is not working, we were not able to make it work. Take body-wash when going not many body-wash. Less hand wash available. Other than these the place was great. We got a great sunrise view from living room, Spacious and big.

Is a large house very spread out, hard to get around because of stairs

The house was very dirty! The house itself is great. Tried texting the house manager several times but no reply!!

Our stay was a mixed bag of results. Some of the positives; the size of the house was great - plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy. The dock was also great to hang out on and watch the boats come and go from the bar next door. The owner of the property was also very responsive via phone when needed. Now the not so positive; location shared the same driveway as the bar next door - so was stuck waiting for deliveries a couple of times to leave the property. Driveway is definitely steep and has a very sharp turn to get to the house parking pad by the front door- even with AWD/4x4 vehicles we ultimately chose not to park by the house. One of the upstairs bathtubs had a leak which ultimately resulted in the ceiling on the main level to leak - was no fun. However the owner was able to get a plumber out the next morning to fix. Property needs a some extra TLC to bring it up to date.

Wonderful house with great view. Big kitchen with everything you need. Restaurant and bar next door was very convenient and the food was good. No issues with noise. Would definitely come back.

There was plenty of space for all to sleep. We had 5 adults and 7 grandkids. It was nice to meet the owner personally which gave us an opportunity to go over some of the items that were disappointing. The grill was nasty and he went out and purchased a new one with two bags of charcoal, a coffee maker that had broken, and an outside fan that was broken (however it did not get installed while we were there). He seemed to appreciate the feedback. Paradise Restaurant was next door which was a fun place for the family to go to. The food was amazing there. The view of the house was amazing to look out onto the lake. However the windows needed to be cleaned. Fishing was excellent for the grandkids. All in all a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Having the bar next door was very convenient. Would rent again.

Perfect location and lots of indoor/outdoor space for everyone. Took my parents & siblings to the Lake of the Ozarks for the weekend. Everyone love the view of the Lake, the game room was a hit. Large open kitchen looking out on the Lake with the best view of the Sunrise. 2 Level Patio was the gathering place to BBQ & hang out at the firepit. Thank you for treasured memeories.

Game room was a plus for the kids. Bed room stet up is great for 3 couples. Spacious with amazing views. Only complaint is the high cleaning fee is obviously not being used on the house.

Wasn’t the ideal weather when we booked to enjoy the house fully. But when you wake up everyday and the first thing you see is the amazing view who can complain. Game room was a big hit would have been even better if the weather permitted to open the garage door. Rooms are all oversized with en-suite restrooms. We plan on booking again in the spring or summer for a family trip. Once COVID is over plan on booking for a boys golf trip!

11 friends and I stayed here for a Golf trip and had a great time. Plenty of space for us all to sleep and hang out comfortably. The game room was great to hang out in although we could never get the TV in the room to work. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week and the 2 ovens came in handy every night. The grill outside was not a very good one. It is charcoal converted from gas. And none of the lights outside on the patio or by the grill worked for us at night. Other than that, the stay was great for our entire group and I’d gladly choose to rent this property for future trips.

Grocery store on the way to the house was nice and the proximity to paradise and Franky and Louie’s was prefect for a rainy Saturday

This house is spacious and I'm sure was absolutely gorgeous at some point. There are some good points and some bad. The good: Plenty of space to spread out for our group of 12. The 3 main bedrooms are large and the beds are quite comfortable. Great view of the lake. Plenty of nice towels. Air conditioner easily kept house cool....even too cool. Had to reach out to owner a couple times after arrival and he was responsive and pleasant enough. Nice, shaded outdoor seating area off the kitchen area with ceiling fan (light bulb out). Now the disappointing: the driveway is a pain. It can be done but not worth the aggravation of trying to get back up so you end up just not using it and lugging yourself and your stuff up and down a very steep hill. Would NOT be good for older and physically limited individuals. There is a spot for 2 vehicles to park at the top of the driveway (which is shared with the restaurant next door) but we found on several occasions that other people, including renters next door and employees of the restaurant, were parking in the spots therefore increasing your walk even further uphill to the restaurant's parking lot. At no point did we ever receive any check in/check out instructions. We did not know what the expectations were for check out. Had to ask. We were provided no information on where anything was, what to do or not do, we had to call to get the WIFI password...initially told the incorrect password but finally got the correct one. There was a load of clean towels in the dryer upon our arrival with a note that they were clean and to "enjoy". Not a big deal but have never had to pull out and fold our own laundry before use in a rental before. Several tolerable nuisances and annoyances like light bulbs out, not knowing where remotes to TV's were, broken shelves, etc. Never could get the main TV in the living room on anything but one channel, cobwebs everywhere..inside and out, weeds growing around outside seating, was disappointed there was no seating on the dock but we made do. There was broken shelving in the wall unit in the living room that was just left and almost fell out onto someone's foot. The pool table is a great perk but not one pool stick had the "felt" on the end of the stick. There's a dartboard with no darts. There is a Golden Tee game that worked and was enjoyed. Another review complained about music from restaurant next door but didn't bother us. Could be a great place with a little more effort

Planned a birthday party for 10 friends. Really enjoyed the house, the Paradise Bar out the side door was an added bonus. (We really enjoyed the staff...and the pina coladas). Property manager was easy to get ahold of and checking in and out was smooth. Great dock and outdoor seating spot. Top bunks and and funton...not the ideal place for 40 plus year old...the ones who drew short straws preferred the couches. I would say sleeps 8 adults comfortably or 3 couples and 4 kids in the bunk room. Kinda off the beaten path...but to me was a bonus! I would highly recommend this property.

We loved the house! It was a little tricky to find, but the owner was very quick to respond for help. The views could not be better! We had to leave almost 2 days early due to the weather. Hopeful to come back in the summer!

The house came with more comforts of home than most rentals. Additional small appliances and kitchen accessories were fabulous. Loved the sauna. 3 king beds was a real plus.

Beautiful home right on the lake. Nicely decorated and the three king size bedrooms all had there own bath. Some cleaning and repairs are needed. The real negative is the driveway. It is very steep and difficult to get in and out, if the four wheeler wasn’t parked right next to the drive it would haven better. We are all seniors and it was difficult to walk down let alone up. The owner is not getting his monies worth from the cleaning crew. I would go back if it wasn’t for the driveway.
