We had a great time.. the house was everything we expected. Clean, roomy and very comfortable.

Beautiful home, very spacious and clean! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Easy and timely communication with host. A mile from the beach, but the neighborhood is lovely and the free town trolley stops at the front door! Or drive and park with 2 beach passes provided. A great stay!

I went with my husband and our two kids ages 3 and 10 months along with our friends, which included four other families. The place was very clean, fit our group so well, and it took just a few minutes to drive to the Bethany Beach! We would be happy to come back again!

I was impressed with the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, there are two big dining tables, a smaller one that expands, and a breakfast bar. Plenty of seating, dishes, glassware, and utensils for feeding a large group. Lots of storage in the kitchen for food.

4 couples looking for a big house for a fun golf and beach weekend. We had plenty of privacy, each having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Common area very amenable to group cocktail hour and late night chats. Location was great too, close enough to beach and restaurants and local golf courses. Overall a great house. I would rent again for sure.

We absolutely had a blast - 5 families in this house - plenty of privacy and excellent spaces for a big group. The trolley stops right in front of the house and it is so fun to ride and enjoy the other neighborhoods. Had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

This was my first time renting an air B N B and the renting process, check in and out process was smooth and easy. Definitely will rent from Ms Cindy again

A very lovely house. Unfortunately from day one there was an infestation of ants. They were in the couches, beds, dishwasher. They crawled on us. We had to throw out food. Contacted owner. On the 2nd day there. She got back to us promptly, said pest company would come and spray on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday. Sprayed the outside, a few baseboards in the kitchen area and that is it. No bathrooms or bedrooms. Friday we decided to leave instead of Saturday. Let owner know on Thursday and stated we rather work on Saturday and we can’t stand the ants, and we want some money back. She came on Friday without telling us, to check things out. She accused us of attracting the ants. She stated closed bags of bread, cereal boxes and dishes in sink, and 2 crumbs on the couch caused them. Everyday living does not cause ants.

We loved our stay here! Cindy was extremely responsive to all of my questions prior to our arrival, and while there, we didn’t need a single thing during our stay. Everything was as listed, the house was clean, and it was functional for a larger group. The “Bunk Room” was perfect for the teenage boys in our party. They had their own space to hang out each evening, so they had some privacy and space that worked very well for everyone, lol. The kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of storage for a week’s worth of food and beach snacks. The flow of the house is very functional, and when we weren’t at the beach we were in the back yard hanging on the deck or playing lawn games. Be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. It seemed to us that most folks in the area lived there, so it was quiet. The neighbor to the immediate right was wonderful! They were very friendly and helpful. Once you figure out where to park for the beach, it’s a breeze (we used the Maplewood lot and/or on-street parking on that street every day. There was plenty of space to park). We found it helpful to go down and scout out parking the first day we arrived. The boys took the trolley quite often, it seemed to run on schedule and often enough that getting folks to and from the beach in “shifts” was not a problem. We didn’t have any small children in our group though, so there was no need to accompany anyone anywhere. I’m not sure how it would be to take the trolley with smaller kids and/or beach toys. Overall we loved our stay!

We had a great time enjoying Bethany! The house made great use of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other, even with our big group. The convenience of the house allowed everyone the flexibility to come and go to the beach at different times. We are planning our next trip and want to stay here again!!

Wanting a place for our 19 member family to gather for fun and fellowship at a fair price we selected this property. Its close proximity to beach and attractions as well as shopping and dining by either a short drive or pleasant tram ride were pluses.

We loved staying at the Hawksbill property in June 2022. Our extended family found the layout of the house good and the drive to the beach was so easy - maybe 5 minutes. The included parking passes were also really nice. When we arrived, the house had not been cleaned due to a scheduling mix-up. The owner responded immediately and not only got the cleaning scheduled ASAP, but remained in close contact to ensure that everything was completed properly. We'll be booking this property again in the future!

We had 13 women, and it easily accommodated all of us! There was plenty of room for us to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The house is well stocked. It is located minutes from downtown Bethany and minutes from the Sea Colony Tennis center! It was a fantastic experience and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We will certainly rent again!

The house was pretty much as billed. Located in a family orientated residential community, it is in close proximity to most everything Bethany Beach has to offer. It was clean and there were some kitchen supplies there which was greatly appreciated. Most if not all the mattresses were in very good to excellent condition. Bathrooms were clean but a little dated. No rust or cracking, just a little dated. Response time to any questions beforehand was outstanding. I highly recommend this house for a large group or multiple families.

Great space for several families to get together to relax. Loved the double dinning tables for many meals and board games. The kids loved the bunk room for a four day sleepover. Host was quick to respond to questions.

It was wonderful weekend getaway.

We needed the rental for a short stay for my brother's 60th Birthday and a fishing trip in Ocean City. The house was large enough to accommodate everyone with much needed space. The communication between myself and the owner was excellent as every question was answered in timely manner. I would differently rent again for a Girlfriend's Getaway.

We stayed at this property with the group of friends/family with teens on October 2-5. The property is spacious, has everything you might need during your stay and close to the beach/restaurants (1.5 miles) yet quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Screened porch is great to eat outside without bugs. Fireplace is cosy in the living room. The owners are nice people with whom it was really easy to communicate. They respond within minutes that was really appreciated. The property however could use some appliances update in the kitchen. Overall we had a pleasant weekend together.

Booking was easy. Requested an early check in several times as advertised, communication with the property manager was painful. Arrived to a home that had not been cleaned at all. Never received a response regarding early check in so had to wait. Not an issue but a response either way would have been professional. We could not enter the property intil almost 6pm after finding a dirty house and waited for the property manager to get cleaning crew out. Once we were in and settled all was fine. Just off to a rough start and made for a less than ideal first day. Communication needs improving.

If you are traveling with a big group, this adorable house is the place to stay. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, you really can relax and enjoy your time here. The pictures do not do it justice. The bedrooms are nicely sized, there's more than enough bathrooms for everyone and the living/dining area allows for spreading out. The amount of outdoor seating space is also wonderful for entertaining. The cleanliness is the only thing I rated a bit lower - there was an ant problem, nothing a few Terra gel traps wouldn't fix, but it was a challenge to prep food on the counter. Also a good number of dishes/cooking items weren't washed well at all. All fixable things! The living room is perfect for movie night and game night! We did both. And the screened in porch was just perfect for our rainy Sunday. I'd certainly stay here again.

Beautiful home the only thing I would suggest is updating the television in the living room area. Other than that no regrets no issues Cindy and Bob are very sweet

It was a wonderful time. We had plenty of room for 19 of our kids and grandkids. The house was the nicest one we have stayed coming to Bethany Beach.

Had a great time was there with my brothers and their families no complaints, will definitely book again

This was a great place to stay for my large extended family. We had plenty of room to spread out, and it’s nice that most rooms have their own bathroom. The kitchen has almost everything you might need, plus a mini fridge for beer or sodas. The landlord was responsive when I reached out to her for questions. The furniture has obvious signs of constant use. Though the house is no smoking, there were cigarette burns on some of the chairs and even on one of the mattresses. We had to clean the grill before using it, and there was not toilet paper in every bathroom when we arrived. We were bummed that the beach trolley wasn’t running, but the two beach parking passes helped a lot. Unless you have bikes the beach is too far to walk. The WiFi is iffy, cut in and out. We had 8 adults, 5 teenagers, and 3 littles. Overall, though, would definitely stay again. It’s hard to find a place big enough for us all.
