Nice and spacy flat in the center of Kharkiv. Close to a metro station and to a lot of restaurants and parks are in walking distance.

Location only, but also questionable - the entrance is terrible.

There are 3 apartments from this agency. We spend one night in 2-rooms apartment located on Sumska 74. I wouldn't recommend it because the noise of the pump under sink is very loud and it's turning on by itself even during the night. Only hot water is available in the sink in the bathroom, so it's kind of challenge to even wash your hands. Only 2 cups are available for 4 people. No soap, no shampoo. In addition one of the room has got a roof, and you will wake up really early in the morning because a lot of pigeons are starting to walk on it. You definitely will find something better for this amount of money.
