The home met all of our needs and more. It was spacious with a lot of area for our group of 8 to gather, but also places to have alone time if you needed to get away. The pool was so clean. We highly recommend this property.

Our family spent 12 days over Christmas in this great home. So much space for everyone, private pool, views were phenomenal to wake up to every morning and the location was perfect!

Wow it was awesome! Our family have been visiting the Kona side on the Big island of Hawaii for at least 20 years and this was by far the best due most in part because the home we rented through VRBO. The house was amazing! The kids are still thanking me for finding the home and they want to go back to the same house next time.

8 of us from 3 generations stayed here for a family vacation. It was the perfect layout and furnishings for a large group. We had a great time doing family movie night on the giant sectional, swimming in the pool, and having large family dinners at the indoor and outdoor tables. The layout of the bedrooms was perfect for our group as well. Loved the privacy and the view. We made great memories here!

Better than the listing - beautiful views, massive living areas. Kitchen is nicely stocked with higher-end supplies. Clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed for travelers. Great location - we hated to leave!

This is an outstanding property, one of the best we have ever rented. It was comfortable, well stocked and spacious. The pool and other outdoor areas were great. There was plenty of room for our group of 8. I would definitely recommend it for a stay on the Big Island.

We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and are so thankful we stayed at this property. The house was large and roomy, giving all us space to spread out, but also giving us room to gather for meals and movies. The pool was perfect for the kids and made lazy days spent at the house fun for everyone. We hope to be back again soon!

This house has great outdoor amenities, and easily accommodated both families (eight in total). We really enjoyed our mornings drinking coffee and enjoying the views. The pool and jacuzzi were great to play in for all of us and the house is nice and secluded from other neighbor's although we met one below and they were extremely nice and social. The concierge was very informative with any questions we had for excursions and shopping. We would definitely stay again!!

This was a lovely home for our family to spend the holidays and enjoy the beautiful Kona sunsets. Plenty of room for everyone! Quiet neighborhood and very private. There was a portable high chair, pool toys and sand toys for our grandchildren. The pool has a landing that is perfect for little children. It also has several refrigerators that came in handy for our holiday meals! One in the garage! We had a problem with the septic system for about 24 hours so that was really difficult for all of us. Not allowed to run water or flush toilets. The Property Manager did their best to get someone out to fix the problem and was in constant contact with me but the plumber arrived at night and he couldn’t fix it. Needed a specialist… they came 1st thing the next morning. They Property Manager sent someone to come clean up the bathroom shower that had backed up and help with the odor. Unfortunately we just happened to be the family staying in the lovely home when there were plumbing issues! Especially complicated because it happened right before Christmas! It was handled professionally but it was a difficult time, especially because we had a baby and a toddler in the middle of potty training! I would certainly rent it again for our family. The Property Managers were very responsive to our needs and David the Concierge was amazing!

This property was as awesome as expected based upon pictures. There were 6 adults in our group and there was more than enough room for everyone to find their own private place to relax. The pool and plunge pool were well used by our group and the house was furnished very well. We did have an issue with the up-stairs air conditioning, broken fan motor in the unit, which was fixed within hours of our reporting it. This is an exceptional property for an extended family or multiple friend visit.

Close to town and great for kids. Lots of space for the whole family.

We had a family vacation here and this was the perfect place to reunite. There is ample living space and the bedrooms are spacious. The view is also incredible. We had to get in contact with the property manager a couple times for minor things, and they always responded immediately.

Our family of nine had an amazing time at this house. It was so roomy, everything imaginable that you would need. From kitchenware to pool and beach toys, they have it all. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. Communication with property manager was excellent. Only issue was the A/C was being worked on before we got there, and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay, 3 nights without AC, but I’m not complaining, everything else made up for it. Such a private property, so much room to roam inside and out. We even got in a few hours early, contacted management, and they let us drop our suitcases inside so that we can go do some shopping. All in all, we were very happy during our stay.

This is a beautiful house with a great pool and view. It’s in a very nice gated community. It has many separate spaces for people to gather. The kitchen was nice and well appointed. We would stay here again.

This is a great house for multiple families! The pool is wonderful the kitchen is perfect for big dinners. Plenty of outdoor space, lots of amenities! The drive way was a little tricky at night and during the rain. Beds are comfortable, it’s awesome that there was 2 fridges. There was a little issue with running out of hot water, all the time. Everything thing else was wonderful, no view of the sunset because of the landscaping but I guess that’s the trade off.

It's hard to know where to begin in explaining how fantastic this rental experience was. Our family was eight adults plus one baby, and this house truly had EVERY SINGLE THING we could have possibly needed. PS: It's even more beautiful in person than in photos (and that's saying something!). Major Highlights: - Huge dinner tables both inside and outside allowed for us to comfortably eat family meals together every night while enjoying the warm breeze and sounds of nature. - Upstairs lanai offers beautiful ocean sunset views on super comfortable furniture-- it was a treasured family ritual for all nine of us to gather on the lanai to drink cocktails and watch the sun go down together. - GREAT pool and hot tub, with a pool waterfall that provides awesome background ambiance while you relax poolside with a mug of Kona coffee. AND there's a pool-floor roomba that keeps the pool clean! We named him Ralphie ;-) - There is absolutely tons of outdoor and indoor seating-- and fridges and freezers placed strategically throughout the property to offer a cool beverage (or popsicle!) any time you need one! - Gorgeous decor and high-quality finishes and furnishings throughout the property makes it feel like a luxe resort. - Incredibly private-- couldn't see or hear anyone else, even though the location is only a 4-minute drive from downtown Kona. Unexpected Conveniences: - The property management company (Kona Coast Vacations) was incredibly responsive & helpful. They were available 7 days/week for any questions, and provided a very informative instruction manual for the house upon our arrival. -David the concierge (provided as part of our rental) was AWESOME at helping us to book adventures (snorkeling with wild spinner dolphins!) as well as relaxation (had a masseuse come to the house to provide massages outside by the pool). - Fancy kitchen gear-- including gorgeous LeCreuset cookware. A well-stocked kitchen with all needed supplies-- including two coffee makers! - GREAT Air Conditioning! Thoughtful touches: - Weekly pickup for recycling - Tons of pool and beach accessories- including umbrellas, chairs, kid toys, floaties, etc. - Baby gear (incl. highchair) - Towels for both beach and pool for all nine of us - Dishwasher and laundry detergent, spices, teas, etc. - Games, books, DVDs In summary, this vacation rental absolutely MADE our family's trip to Kona. Would recommend a thousand times over. It was beyond incredible, and we cannot wait to come back.

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The house is close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. So much to do and see. The property itself is amazing. Tons of space, awesome pool and hot tub. Lots of sliding doors and windows to see out. I highly recommend anyone who plans to visit Kona to stay here.

Had a really good time with friends at this property! Enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. The beach towels were a bonus! Everything was awesome, friends with us were amazed at the house and how nice it was. Thank you!
