The view was very nice

The heating system was non-functional upon our arrival, and there was no response until the following day. The solution was to provide radiators instead f moving us to another room. The Communication regarding when a technician would arrive was unclear, leaving us uncertain and waiting in an uncomfortably status. The reply to our issue was that the team was unable to reach us due to lack of international call capabilities. We believe a property of this level should be able to reply to guests with the ability to make international calls directly, especially in such situations. In addition to that, the property had a strong and unpleasant odor. The spa facilities appeared poorly maintained and unclean.

There was never anyone in the office to ask questions or get fresh towels from them.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was clean and well-appointed. The property was quiet and well-maintained.

I have no complaints about the property at all…the road to the property was narrow and curvy, which I expected, however, at night, it was terrifying because it was poorly lit and there were no guardrails or reflectors to guide drivers!

the TV’s had no service source..therefore we had none and no one available that could connect them… the beds were not comfortable..new mattresses are needed.

location was great except the mountain climb at night

The location was at a dramatic elevation with above-average views of the mountains. The area was quiet and provided all the amenities we needed. As a bonus, we sighted black bears three times during our stay.

The road up and down to the condo was tricky. It did take about twenty minutes to get to the start of the commercial strip in Gatlinburg from the parking lot. We also were not notified that our unit would be without water for almost a full day. We would have appreciated knowing that in advance to plan around it.
