Every interaction with staff members was positive. We even had some of the workers offer to help my husband load our car during check out. They also checked in to see if we were comfortable during our stay. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. Room was spacious and comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. Convenient location for accessing the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Location/proximity to GSMNP!

After 2nd day of 5 day stay the microwave stopped working. Not wanting to hang around waiting on staff to repair, or have them in while not there, we didn’t report it till check out. Upon check out left message & was told it was probably in need of reset due to power outage. Seems if staff was aware this happens with power outages they might have inquired about any issues after the power outage occurred.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Bent Creek Golf Village ; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we need. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay here. we came for our honey moon, and David at the front desk was extremely polite and pleasant. the rooms were super clean, the indoor pool was wonderful and the game room was great too. they were open late as well so my wife and I could wind down and relax together and have fun without any crowds around. the screened in porch in the deluxe villa were beautiful with great views. we will absolutely be back!

Very quiet place. Environment was good.

Mattress was hard as a brick. Traveling this far and not being able to get a restful night of sleep is really disturbing.

the beds were very comfortable! I have a bad back and it’s hard to find a good bed when we stay places. I loved how private the rooms were. We had privacy of a rental apartment with the amenities of a hotel!
