We had a great time and Norah was wonderful to work with. An issue arose, of which she was not notified by the property manager. She went over and beyond our expectations to resolve the issue and followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied.

We had a great stay at this cute condo. It was a perfect size for my husband and 1.5 year old. It was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay, and the beach was only a short walk down the dock. Great location - we hope to stay here again in the future!

Condo was clean and easy to check into. Easy access to the beach and Amelia Island / Fernandina Beach had great food and lots of different things to do.

Great place and location

4th time at Sand Dollar. 1st time in this unit. Best stay yet! Modern renovations, clean, comfortable, well stocked for our 5 night stay. Ocean view was perfect and the sunrise was right there ... you didn't even have to walk down to the beach. And it was fast and easy to communicate with the owners. We hope it's available for our next trip to Amelia Island!

We had a great family gathering on beautiful Fernandina Beach. Lots to do even though the weather didn’t cooperate. We will definitely be back!

This place is great for a relaxed getaway. The condo was spotless and everything was in good condition. It was as promised, steps from the ocean giving us easy access to the long walks on the beach we craved. We also loved Fernandina for its beauty and charm without crowds, and there was lots of outdoor activities and historic sights to fill our days. Nora was super responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay as well. Highly recommend!

Norah’s condo was perfect for our stay in Amelia Island. It was clean, updated and had a beautiful view of the beach and water. The location was perfect and beautiful & easy access to the beach. Norah was a fantastic host that was quick and efficient with communication. We look forward to stay here again soon on our next trip!

Good access to the beach. 2 bedroom and 2 baths, small living room/dining room area and full kitchen. Overall good accommodations for a couple of guests. Only complaint was living room couch wasn’t very comfortable.

Our host communicated with us well and even provided things of interest to so. She anticipated our needs and made our stay very comfortable. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was enjoyable!

Clean, well located and nicely equipped

updated. very charming. Owner communication exceptional.Everything very well thought and planned out from time of booking till departure. Only negative thing I can think of is street S Fletcher is narrow for traffic and not the best for biking or walking. But highly recommend you go there and have a great time. Really good food close by as well.

This condo was everything we needed for a great girls trip! The condo is well furnished, perfect location, clean and right on the beach. Beds were comfortable, which is one of the most important things for me on vacation . Norah was a great host. I highly recommend this condo. We most definitely will be back in the future. The condo was well maintained and created a tropical bungalow atmosphere. The living room furniture provided a comfortable spot for reading and watching TV in the evenings. The well-equipped kitchen had been tastefully remodeled with modern appliances, granite countertops, and stylish frosted glass front cabinets. The master bedroom's king bed was comfortable, and the wardrobes on either side offered ample storage. The master bedroom's bathroom was well-appointed, with plenty of space and storage. The spacious shower was a delightful spot to refresh after a day spent at the beach. The second bedroom boasted lovely furnishings, and the washer and dryer were a bonus, ensuring clean clothes for the trip home. The hall bathroom featured a tub for those traveling with children. The balcony provided seating for four, providing a perfect vantage point to enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean. Access to the beach was convenient via the boardwalk over the sand dunes, complete with water stations at both ends for rinsing off. The beach was easily reachable, with a short walk of about fifty yards from the boardwalk to the water's edge. The breathtaking sunrises were beyond words, a captivating sight that shouldn't be missed each morning. Remarkably uncrowded, the beach offered solitude, with only rare glimpses of others during our three-day stay. Without a doubt, I would eagerly choose to stay in this condo again should my travels lead me back to Florida's northeast coast.

We had a great stay! Norah was by far, the best I have ever worked with. She was in touch before, during and after our vacation. It was our first trip to Amelia Island, the beach, the town, the room, just perfect! The room had everything we needed, and more. Well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, supplies. I always bring my own paper towels, trash bags and Clorox Wipes on vacation, didn't have to use, she thought of everything. The condo was modern, the beds were comfortable and most important, everything was SO CLEAN! We thank you Norah and when we visit Florida again, we know where we will stay!

Property was Spectacular! Close to the Beach with fabulous views! Well stocked with everything you need for the beach and for your needs!! Even noticed emergency preparation measures that I have not seen in other locations that we have stayed before. Norah was amazing in her quick response with communicating with us! Kudos for a fabulous vacation spot!! We would HIGHLY recommend this place and Hope to be able to come visit again soon!
