Perfect for our family of seven. It is Updated has all the aminities four bath rooms and very clean. The view of the ocean is perfect

This property was amazing and the team was awesome. I have booked several places before but never had a team to check on you the way you do. I will be returning in the future. I did have an issue with the washer machine. It is old and a new one needs to be installed.

We got a chance to stay here for the 4th year. Different rental this time. Kitchen could use a few more pots and pans but other then that property was clean and stocked well!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property is bigger than it appears on the listing. Very nice and so convenient to everything. We hope to go back again!

The property was as advertised, clean, spacious and plenty of amenities. Could use some new living room furniture and TV. We loved the patio and furnishings. We did have to purchase TP, kleenex, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent, but that was in the condo info. The weather didn't cooperate, so we spent alot of time indoors; the pools could have been a bit warmer. Great location. beautiful beach area.

The condo was the perfect size, the perfect location and very clean. The balcony is right over the pool and a perfect view of the ocean. Some things to consider that may help you with your trip. If you want to grill, you have to use the grills on the first floor and they are not gas. Two chairs and an umbrella on the beach are $40, great if you don't want to carry a bunch of stuff to the beach. This condo is on the fifth floor, try to park on the 5th floor. If you don't at first there are always vehicles moving and you will eventually get one. The elevators can be a pain. It's in the fine print but parking is $35 per vehicle, something I overlooked. But they have armed security watching the property and every vehicle that enters which is great. There are shopping baskets on the floors near the garage that are great for carrying in all your stuff. If you want quality toilet paper, take your own. The place sleeps eight comfortably but can definitely sleep more if you need it too. There is a stereo in the living room but we could never get any sound out of it. The place is much bigger than I expected. I hope this helps future renters. But the condo is fantastic, and the kids will enjoy the lazy river and pools.

We enjoyed our visit with kids from age 1-16 and family. Great gym. Lazy river. Spacious rooms.

Place did not disappoint!!!! Gorgeous views, spacious living , nice building !!!! Walk to the beach !!! Communication directly with the property manager. Crowded elevators during peak times but we just took the stairs. Parking a little tight until you get the hang of driving In the garage then it was fine. Definitely worth the money !!!!!

The condo is located on the 5th floor which is very convenient when parking, unloading, loading, etc. The amenities within Phoenix West II were excellent. Our little one LOVED the slide and pools. The lazy river was very relaxing! This was a friend's getaway for 4 ladies from the Houston area. It was also a plus that this is on parking level so you don't have to wait for elevators when you come & go for outings.

Just as described. Easy access to pools (indoor & outdoor), lazy river and beach! Plenty of space to relax at the end of a day in the sun. -Lots of great dining and grocery options nearby. -They were replacing the roof during our stay, but did not disturb us and only impacted the traffic flow in garage. We had a great stay and would go back!

We came down for a week nov 28-dec 5. It was pretty quiet. Lots of space on the beach. By the weekend it got a little louder and a little busier. I personally wouldn’t stay during peak season because I can only imagine how loud it would be with the pools below and everyone talking in their balconies. I would definitely stay again in off season.

This condo was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway! The amenities kept the kids busy while the adults enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The condo and property were perfect!

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful location. I chose this condo because there are two Master bedrooms as we are elderly and are more comfortable with walk in showers. The second master had a shower/tub but there was a walk-in shower in the hallway laundry room. It worked out okay but narrative nor pictures made this clear. Carpets in bedrooms need a good cleaning or replacement. Only other comment would be that there should be at least four wine glasses in the lovely bar area.
