It was pet friendly and the full breakfast.

It was per friendly but no outside accommodations for the pet.  I.e. pet bags or trash cans

I chose this hotel because of the location to the beach and closeness to the restaurant and stores. I really wish the outdoor pool was heated. It really would've made swimming more enjoyable. The breakfast was great. The made more than enough. The hotel needs to hire more staff for housekeeping but with the limited staff , I still was able to get the towels, etc. that I needed.

I would enjoy a heated pool and more housekeeping staff. It really wasn't anything that I didn't like. One day, the room wasn't able to be cleaned because of limited staff but I understood that and I didn't complain.

There was candy on the floor beside our bed that had been left feom a prior guest. We couldn't use the dryer to dry some.clothes because it was being used by staff. Rooms were way too expensive considering we only stayed for about 4 hours. Employee couldn't give us any kind of discount AAA/AARP because we made the reservation on Booking Com.

The overall property seemed to be in good shape.

Rooms not ready upon arrival after check in time. Lots of people waiting in lobby for their rooms to be ready. Also, was not provided with the rooms I PREPAID for through a third party app. Staff uncaring and unhelpful. Will not stay there again... ever.

The directions on the GPS brought me to the holiday inn, which is close

the rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable

the bathroom shower looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in the gaps as it looks like build up of grime and shower products. Im a little OCD about those things but the bathroom was overall clean besides that.
