The pool, gym. And laundry rooms were closed.

Camille was really great and understanding with my payment ,my card was not working properly at 1st but she showed great customer service .

The overall of the cleanliness needs to be better than what it is, housekeepers are not full dusting behind tv's, lamps, and clocks on the nightstands, the door to the refrigerator and all other high touch areas are not being thoroughly cleaned. wiped down . Dried food and finger prints were all over furniture when entering into the room.

First they give me a key to a room that was TAKEN... PEOPLE WERE INSIDE !!!! went bk to get a different room and was DIRTY !!!! NEVER AGAIN

main lobby was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good

pool wasn’t open, gym wasn’t open, room wasn’t the cleanest. needed a lot more dusting and mirrors cleaned. our fridge didn’t work and there was a line through the tv. the drains in the bathroom stunk!

The place was DIRTY. I would take a shower, walk a couple times on the floor and my feet would be black. The comforter was stained, the gym and pool were both closed. I should've just stayed at a red roof inn and paid less. It was too expensive for what it had to offer. The only reason I stayed was because I traveled with a baby and it was too much stuff for me to move alone, especially after I was locked out of my room TWICE. The second time my baby was in the room and I could not get to her. Talk about stress. The lady at the desk said the person that would program the key card was only doing it for a day and not the entire stay. Terrible experience. The point of staying was the price with a pool so I could take her down to it to experience something new. Instead we stayed in the room and it was miserable.

Room was not well maintained and needed a good dusting, cleaning of rugs, floor etc. For example toenails from other people on the rug and in crevices of rug etc.

Breakfast was middle of the road.

That the pool was closed. One of the reasons I booked this particular hotel was for the pool.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Nice clean towels and enough for four people, not two. Room also had functional fridge and microwave.

Hotel public areas are in great need of refurbishment. Hallways didn’t smell clean. worst was “hot” water that was barely lukewarm. “Breakfast” was prison level food. Nothing that wasn’t produced by Dow Chemical.

Microwave was filthy & so disgusting we could not even use it. Bathroom door lock did not work. Tub/shower was dirty. Other people’s trash was on the floor of our room in plain site. Facilities were poorly kept/ poor repair.
