Price is reasonable.

The whole experience while checking in was horrible!!!! The so called supervisor who is new there tried to charge me extra. He could not accept the fact that he did wrong and kept trying to tell me how I WAS WRONG. I proved to him multiple times that the money and incidental fee already came out. He kept saying no, I did not charge it. Then why would my bank say other wise? I come here all the time but this experience upset me extremely. He never apologized for anything instead told me I can’t buy anything from the pantry. I hope he isn’t a supervisor and I pray to not run into him again..IF I DECIDE TO COME BACK.

Good location for Grandscape events. Comfy bedding. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Nobody slept.

Breakfast was great. A big selection. I really like how clean and quiet it is. The motel is close to a busy Highway but you never hear it. We don’t hear doors banging in the am early or at night when people come in late. Love it❤️

Pancake machine kept having issues and staff didn't really know how to fix it.

I didn't eat the breakfast because another couple that lives in the hotel (3 weeks) stated the breakfast was disgusting and the people who cook it is nasty. They said they found pest in their food.

The hotel had roaches- There's a sewage smell in the hotel and in the rooms- There are people who LIVE in the hotel in an extended basis that get intoxicated daily and invite randoms (myself and husband) to their room to "Party".- The hotel location and view is poor. I felt very unclean and unsafe during my one night stay- The front desk staff were very nonchalant in the fact that I showed them a video of the roach crawling into our room and they stated the property gets sprayed twice a week (well the spray isn't working).I also felt like my vehicle wasn't safe
