The location is good with ample parking. We were allowed to check in early. Rooms were nica and clean

The propertys system needs to be updated. Upon chekin my card was charged for an Auth hold. I wanted to pay cash for my stay, they told me they will take care of it at check out. After paying the whole amount in cash I was told my card will not be charged. The next day my card was charged anyway. I paid 2 times for my stay. When we called to find out, we were told they is a glitch in the system and the amount will be refunded in 3 business days. Ita been more than a week and no refund yet.

Everything was great

The room itself was nice, with the 2 queens and a couch/lounge area, a mini fridge, plenty of drawer and cabinet space for clothing, etc... It was really close to a lot of the stuff we were there for.

The water pressure wasn't the best, and the toilet seat was wobbly and dirty where it was connected to the toilet. My bed seemed to have a permanent dip in it on the right side by the night stand, where a super heavy person must have been previously... It was quite uncomfortable and awkward to get in bed and remember that dip is there... I had to modify my sleeping position/habits to avoid that whole right side of the bed. I think the most upsetting thing for me was at maybe 8 a.m., I was awakened to the loud back and forth conversations of the cleaning crew, seemingly right outside my door. That went on for about an hour and I couldn't get back to sleep.

The location was great. Needs were very comfortable.

They said breakfast ended at 930am. But they closed the doors and started putting everything away at 915. We made it just in time but a woman and her 2 boys didn't.

Nice, clean and had a bar!!! What more can you ask for

Not enough food at breakfast… ran out of food and drinks (coffee, hot water and creamer empty) evening bar was only serving beer because employee said short handed so couldn’t keep up. hardly any adults in bar area AND when we kept looking over, she was on her phone. Lastly, no housekeeping daily in our room AND someone’s used soap was left in the bathtub when we first arrived in our room
