Animal farm around was nice, and kid really enjoined that.

Walls are really thin, so you hear what your neiboghrs talk, and some can be quite loud. So if you just want to sleep overnight it might not work very well. Our rooms were quite small. Also beds are quite old and not comfortable to sleep. And small single blanket for two persons.

bed mattresses were very bad (old), the rooms were a bit noisy from the neighbors ( the walls are thin).

The breakfast was perfect, free space for car parking and only 4 km away from the motorway. Wi-fi was very good.

In the morning we dont had hot water in shower, only cold.

The staff was really nice and helpful! Building is new, but very cheaply furnished.

Weak sound insulation, room wasn't clean (found coins, crisps and dust). No trash bin in the room, just in the toilet.

Close to Farm with different animals, overseeing the water. Room has direct access to balcony with tables and chair. Very superb.

Everything was okay

The room was big, clean, with nice (not old and overused)furniture, comfortable big bed, extra blankets (that were useful otherwise it would have been a bit chilly). Nice small details to make the stay more comfortable. Beautiful surroundings- a lot of different animals and quiet nature. Breakfast was continental buffet with quite good options, staff refilled it all the time, good for the money. Drinks in the bar were affordable. We were happy with our stay.

The room is not soundproofed as it is mentioned on the listing. It was very loud from the restaurant. But it was very nice that party respected quiet hours and we could get a good sleep from 22:00. And we could also hear people snoring in the next room- walls are very thin.

Shower doors didn’t open properly, also it has a little bit of old water smell. and wifi not working well.

Being surrounded by water and animals is a great view from the room, for eating on the terrace and walking around the hotel. Nice bathroom. The car park is super convenient.

Uncomfortable mattress and pillows, a tiny duvet for 2, no shutter or even a curtain to block out the bedroom window. One large towel instead of two. Room cramped with a sloping roof. Poor sound insulation. No balcony as advertised on Booking and no commercial gesture to compensate.

Highly recommended place to stay for a night. The room no 12 was clean with private bathroom and air con. We were able to do a late check in (they have locked boxes for keys). The breakfast was ok fueled us for the road. The best part is the animals surrounding the place! Would stay again!

The hotel located in nice forest zone. There are exciting views, swan lake and mini zoo on the site. The air conditioning system in the living room was really perfect. The bathroom was so big, clean and comfortable. At morning we got so tasty breakfast for suitable price, I recommend to order food in the local cafe.

Windows was without opening function. Only good air conditioner helped us. There was not any table in the room.
