The location was perfect for our group of 3 middle aged adults and their 3 teenagers. Everyone found their own spaces and did their own things while still being together. We booked well in advance and as it happens plans get adjusted - our number increased from 4 to 6 guests so next time we'll consider renting the upper and lower suites if available!

Lovely little property right across from the beach in Peachland. Very clean, quiet and comfortable.

This is a great property. Just across the road from the lake, you can see it from the screened in patio. No views from in the house, so it makes you get outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and also the pillows. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need. So does the bathroom. Furniture is somewhat shabby chic, but serviceable. The couch however is long past its best before date and there is only seating for three. Never mind we were more than happy and Dawn and Rick were great hosts. We will go back.

Great location. Pictures are good for the place and everything is exactly as pictured. Pull out sofa beds are not great to sleep but nice to have the extra option for sleeping arrangements. Communication was great except think the VRBO app chat was lagging a couple times. I put that on VRBO to inprove function and not the owner.

Right across from the lake, this clean, quiet suite was everything we needed - a starting point for biking, SUP'ing, exploring or just lounging in the lake. A big thanks to our hosts, Dawn & Rick, who were super-friendly and helpful. 5 stars...we'll be back!

Dawn’s suite had everything we were looking for - and a little bit more! Communication was easy and the place was spotless - always appreciated but particularly so this summer. The proximity to the beach and outdoor seating area with a view was great. Thanks for the great visit!

I loved this property because it was only a few feet away from the water. We could swim and be across the beach road to the bathroom in less than a minute.
Dawn was friendly and helpful. Also it was a bit farther away from the Center so more peaceful and less crowded.

Perfect location! It’s a lovely unit, very clean and well taken care of. It is right across the street from the beach. The owners were friendly and helpful. Loved staying here!

My husband, son and I enjoyed this quiet home. The beach was so close! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Dawn even went out of her way to purchase lawn chairs for us to use!

Easy check in, great location... Dawn is a great host. Nice touches throughout the house and I could feel the love. Pictures do not do it justice. So peaceful and relaxing! We’ll be back!
