We enjoyed the spacious Mid Century ranch home located in a meticulously maintained, quiet neighborhood. Along with the fenced yard for our dog we enjoyed the sun room, and the City Walking Trail with access 600 feet from the house. The home is central to beaches, acquarium, museums and gardens. The Boathouse Restraunt is five minutes away; wonderful.. We were amazed that when the clothes dryer stopped, the repair man and manager both, were at the house at 9;00 a.m., the next morning. By 12:30 p.m., the dryer was miraculously replaced with a new one!!

What a lovely rental. Close to beach, near pickleball, 1 block from Gary Shell city trail great for walking dogs or biking 15 mile trail. Accommodations a little dated but very comfy. Great host quick response. Would consider a return

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The location was great as the bike and walking trails were located at the end of the street. The neighborhood was very quiet and located near so many shops and restaurants. The house was cozy and comfortable. The only thing to note was when you used the shower in the hallway bathroom, the pipes were a bit noisy when you initially turned on the water. Once we realized the noise was due to the pipes, it was fine. The property manager was amazing and so attentive, she was wonderful to work with.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, organized, and just as described. The property has a nice backyard that feels very private. It was also in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever in the area!

Our family of five and doggies so enjoyed this cozy home. The screen room was our favorite relaxing spot. Loved the neighborhood and walking/ bike path nearby that connects to the beach. Definitely will return. We would like to purchase a home in this area for retirement!

We stayed in Wilmington a long weekend to be close to an event for our nephew, visit the beach and also for Cross City bike trail. The house had everything we needed, was very clean and close to everything. We had coffee at Drift and It's Coffee Time, both very close and dinner at True Blue & Vito's pizza, which were both close and good. Very close to lots of restaurants. Had a great time at the beach and riding the bike trail, which was right down the street. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We have stayed at this lovely home twice now. Has everything we need and a nice quiet location. It is convenient to the college and restaurants. We have enjoyed staying here twice now!

My sister and her family and me and my family and dogs rented this home for a long weekend. It is basic, but clean and comfortable, and worked well for our needs. The weather kept us from enjoying the back yard, but we loved the sun porch. My father and stepmother used to live closeby so we are familiar with the great trails and easy drive to the beach.

This was our second time to reserve this home, it is in a good location, easy to get to the beach or downtown, wherever you wanted to get in the Wilmington, and Wrightsville Beach area. The house is laid out well, great for children. Kiddos enjoyed the toy basket found in one of bedrooms. We really enjoyed the sunroom too. The backyard space was really nice as well, and equipped with an umbrella shaded patio table.

We spent most of our time in the screened in sun room. The house had a musty smell when we arrived which either got better or we got used to. The Kitchen and bathrooms are very dated and the outside is a bit overgrown and in need of more upkeep. Even so, I would consider staying again. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful during our stay. We appreciated being able to bring our large dog.

Hotel rooms have become too crowded for our family, this house was a fantastic upgrade at the same price as a hotel. LOVED relaxing in the sunroom and the fenced yard to let our dogs out safely. Neighborhood was safe, quiet and conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We looked for somewhere to stay near Wilmingtons attractions. This house was perfect. Very clean, great kitchen. Plenty of room. Our favorite place was the sun room where we spent all our time chatting and relaxing. The only downside was the garden which is completely overgrown so we didnt sit out there. Too many ticks and mosquitoes.

Like! Like very much! Love the patio! Very good supply of kitchen tools and equipment. Would trim the bushes leading to the front entry to avoid overhang on walk leading to the door. Perhaps a night light for bathroom in hallway would be nice. Great place overall! Recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Enjoyed taking our puppies on the trail near by. Easy to get to the beach. We enjoyed sitting in the back patio.

We booked this house to enjoy a family vacation for our little girl's birthday. The house was spectacular! There was more than enough room to accommodate the original party of 3, and to allow other family memebera to stay a night or two a piece to "get in on the fun." The house was spacious, well kept, beautiful antique furniture, wide open space inside the house & the back yard is BEAUTIFUL when in bloom! It's also VERY dog friendly, which is a plus with us since our dogs are our 4 legged children. The house is extremely conveniently located near the historical waterfront (the horse drawn carriage ride, especially #2, was AWESOME), great restaurants, kid's museums, and so many other great things! I've actually saved this location to book again, for the next time we visit Wilmington. A picture says a thousand words, but you cannot see this residential properties beauty until you walk inside the cozy abode! Definitely recommend, you & the family will LOVE your time. Thank you to the Hosts for being so Fabulous about communication, requests, and opening up this beautiful home for others to enjoy. This place is great. Nice and clean and plenty of space. It’s ten minutes to the beach and lots of other fun places. The screened in porch was lovely. I would stay there again

This was the perfect quiet location just like the description says! . We were minutes from the campus, restaurants, shopping and everywhere we needed to get to! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!

The location and lot was very nice. The backyard although fenced and spacious was very overgrown and needed mowing. The kitchen is in need of a few basics including a sink stopper. The outside doors do not seal properly and insects are able to get in.

Beautiful back porch. Mattress in one of the bedrooms need to be replaced. Kitchen is okay, no spices at all. Only had a few wash cloths. Sheets on one of the twin beds was covered in hair. Overall a quiet neighborhood and a clean house.

The property was exactly as advertised. The location was superb. Close to the beach and shopping. Excellent for our dogs too. Large fenced in backyard was perfect for them.

The place was exceptionally clean and in a private neighborhood but still close to everything. The house is roomy and plenty of space for a big group. It has a “grandmas” house vibe which makes it inviting and home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay here with 5 adults and 2 dogs. Our host, Janet was very responsive and attentive. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, convenient to downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach and UNC-W. Trader Joe’s, Costco, and anything you need is close by. Though dated, the house was clean and comfortable, and the fenced backyard perfect for our standard poodles! We would stay here again.

This was a great location and very comfortable place to stay, The rooms were spacious, and the big backyard was fenced & great for outdoor play, with nice patio seating, in a quiet neighborhood. The sunroom was so awesome, a nice quiet area to relax. Property owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We had absolutely the most fantastic time at Janet's beautiful house in Wilmington! The place is in a very nice quiet neighborhood and the house itself is extremely spacious with a lot of beautiful pieces! We absolutely loved the sunroom and the backyard! We came down to Wilmington to visit for a wedding and this was the perfect place to set up camp. If we are fortunate enough we plan on using this space again in the future! Thank you so much Janet!

We were so grateful to find this property. It was the perfect location for our weekend needs. The sun porch was perfect for sitting with a cup of coffee and where we spent 90% of our time. The house was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. Our daughter was excited by the bucket of toys in the guest room for kids. Beds were firm. Everything was clean. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and made the process easy and convenient. Only small issue was it was hard to find the house initially- would be helpful to have house numbers more visible from the road. Would absolutely stay here again.
